I bought from these guys a few years ago, and just had my first issue! One of the reasons I bought…read morefrom them is because how much I value a company that handles repairs and sales (you better know about what you sell...right?). They did an amazing job! Cesar came over and diagnosed, and then sent a tech from his team once the parts came in...so I thought I was in the clear...but then the error kept happening??? So they came back and were able to quickly diagnose and fix it without any additional work to be done. There was a weird thing that was definitely caused by my son or one of his friends- but I had no idea it made such a difference. Working great again! These guys are pros. And they are the only hot tub company around here I would recommend for buying a hot tub or servicing one!

Very nice guy, quick response, good work, reasonable cost. I called about a leaking hot tub that I…read morecouldn't repair. The owner answered and offered to pick it up 2 days later when I was available. He was very professional when he arrived. I helped him load it up and he was off, took about 15 minutes. I asked for an update about 7 days later. It took a couple days for a response, but I got it. He had to order parts. About 10 days later he sent me a pic of the repairs. A couple days after that, a pic of it running without leaks. A couple days later he delivered my hot tub. About 3 weeks total. The price was right in the middle of his high and low estimate, which I felt was very reasonable. He asked for a few hundred down payment before pick up, which was a bit unnerving, but he had to drive almost an hour to my house so I can understand he's not working for free. The remainder was paid on delivery. The work looked really good and I've been using my tub with no problems.

It took 2 visits and i wasn't happy. I did ask for help to get to know the filter I had. I bought a house that came with a super pool. I never owned a pool before. I wanted help to get it running. He showed me what goes where but didn't get it going. I guess I was missing parts. So I'll give them that. But each visit is $130 an hour. Total bill was about $700. I was pretty upset because of the 2 visit charge. Kicker is. In this picture it just sits there, not connected. I still can't run the filter. I put a rubber gasket on and the water forces through the hose and blows it off. For a $700 job I'd expect the work completed l. I didn't re contact because I can't afford another visit. I'm scraping by as is. So good communication but they need to listen better.

We spoke with Todd first and he was honest and knowledgeable throughout our selection process. He was never pushy, and we appreciated his honesty about which features would be good choices for us and which we could do without. Our project started in late fall and the crew worked incredibly hard to get the bulk of the work done before the winter. Even though the crew was rushing to beat the weather, we were amazed at their precision and the attention to detail they showed. Tom, the owner of the company, was onsite the whole time working hard and attending to many details like making sure that that the pool was completely level! Erich has exceeded our expectations regarding the opening of the pool, training us to take care of the pool, and making sure that our first pool season is problem free. We opted to use the landscape company that Signature recommended, Countywide Landscape, and we are very glad that we chose a landscape company that works so well with Signature. We highly recommend Signature Pools for a company with integrity and high standards of excellence. By the way, we chose the Ultimate 40 pool and absolutely love it!

My review of Lake Geneva Pool and Spas has spun to ground zero 3 years later on a 3 year old pool…read more This pool was not set true and level to begin with with and is noticeable when full of water. There is definitely a catastrophic failure that is likely caused by a very poor install and winterizing of the pool. It appears there is settlement around the pool due to improper installation and compaction of the surrounding soils. I went to open this pool this year and noticed it drained down. That is not a good sign. Of course they came to air test, seen it failed and left. As it was put it is not Lake Geneva Pools Problem anymore and left. First observation is skimmer box is busted up. Improper winterization and ice damage. That is a major repair if the epoxy coating does not work to seal up the box. That is all I can try. Second observation is the return lines to the pool. Cannot get air pressure on the system. There is either a poor winterization of the lines or major settlement snapped the lines. Time will tell once a leak detection service can get in and do their testing and maybe send a fiber optic camera thru it. Third is the water heater. Leaks out the bottom every year. Always needing some sort of attention. This should not be. Forth are the laminar jets. They just do not operate like they should with the lighting. Never have since the beginning. It is sad for the price they charge for these. One laminar jet and area surrounding it sunk a lot. Fifth is bubbler jets. One jet si surrounded with sand and sediment. This is troubling as we do not know where that is coming from. If those failed that shallow deck is poured with concrete under the fiberglass. Basically the pool becomes a total loss as there is no safe way to repair those. This is disappointing to say the least that a pool install has this many issues. My aunt's pool is 45 years old and still working fine. This repair will be costly to say the least. This is gut wrenching because I have to fill the pool and hope the two bubbler jets will heat it and not cause a drain down. Pool must hit the 80 degrees for leak detection services to work in it. A lot of sleepless nights now.
