My first Hot Tub was used and purchased from a private party. So I learned a little on my own. Our 2nd Hot Tub was a New one purchased from a local company that went out of business right after my got it. Again, I learned a little on my own. Recently, we went to our new local company and the Sales Rep seemed disinterested in even spending much time with us in the showroom. We went to Wolter Pools & Spas and Kim made us feel welcome and spent much time with us and was engaged in our many questions. We bought the Hot Tub from Wolter Pools & Spas! They delivered the Hot Tub on Dec. 10th and it was windy & cold out. The install team was friendly and took time to explain everything to me (even though cold & windy). They hauled away our 15-year-old Hot Tub and helped me quickly clean the patio surface before the new one was put into place. Here is the most important part...Kim and her crew take the time to explain and "educate" me on how to maintain our Hot Tub. AWESOME! Kim and the crew are super helpful. They helped me choose a pool (18' round Doughboy) while I was living out of state so it would arrive once I moved to Wisconsin. Then they even helped load it into my truck when I picked it up. Kim also gave great installation tips and insight for this 'do-it-yourselfer'. I had the pool half up when an unexpected storm destroyed it over night. Wolters had replacement parts/kits in stock and put them aside for me until I could pick them up later in the week. The previous companies were okay... no real problems... but the people in the store at Wolter, and Tom our at the job site, all treat me like a close friend, which is why I continue to be their customer and advocate. I purchased a complete Kona pool during covid. With limited inventory they got a pool together for me. That was awesome. They have also been extremely helpful with chemicals. I didn't know anything to start. My pool has always been crystal clear in the 4 years I have owned it. I highly recommend Wolter. Wolter Pools & Spas is top notch ... if would be hard to find a more competent and congenital store. We've had pools since about 1995 when this family owned store was working out of a quaint shop from home. Now they have a beautiful store with a large inventory of supplies and extras, not to forget the many spas they have on hand. Wolter's has been our go to for maintainable, supplies and trouble shooting. We always look forward to our visits here. read more

Had them come for an estimate which I thought was free. Once he got here pretty much just tried selling me on the newest hot tub. So I just asked for a quote on removal of my old busted hot tub and 3 months later I get a bill for $40 and the estimate was in the 500 range for that price I'll cut it in pieces and do it myself. Not happy with your service at all and can't believe I have to pay 40$ for a estimate which was more of a sales pitch... read more
