During our welcome photos, we were sweating, and she continuously checked in on us, bringing water and drinks and even saving appetizers from cocktail hour while we were busy with photos. When we were at our sweetheart table, she went to grab us drinks from the bar and even brought us desserts from our dessert bar! I-Jou knew the right questions to ask and overall we felt well supported throughout the whole wedding planning process up until the end of our wedding day. Because of her, I was able to truly be present and enjoy my wedding day without a single ounce of stress! Which is very rare for me because I am an overthinker and stress over the little things. My daughter paid for 50 chairs and had a specific date and time scheduled to pick them up. When she arrived, the business was closed. After I contacted them, we were told to come back because someone would be there. She drove 25 minutes back, and once again, the business was closed. She called several times but no one answered. I understand that BeDazzle's policy is that payments are non-refundable. However, because the business was closed during our scheduled pickup, the owner agreed to make an exception and refund the money. Unfortunately, we never received the refund. I'm simply sharing our experience so others can be aware and use caution when paying in advance.
