Coach B is awesome I am from Moorpark and will come to Palm Desert just for lessons for my son. He is so good with kids and explained things my son should have been taught a long time ago. I cant say enough how great he is, the atmosphere is so welcoming.

I was surprised to see that they actually have two different 18 hole courses! We all got the 2 hour unlimited package, and we did alot actually during our time there. We did two 18 hole mini golf courses, I did a little rock climbing on the rock wall, and played a couple arcade games. I felt like the arcade didn't have many games. I was a little bummed to see that. It is a small space which I understand, but it would've been cool to have more variety and options. I like those Dance Dance Revolution games, I don't think I saw one like that there. It would be nice if the arcade was updated and had more games inside. Every employee we were interacted was great. They were friendly, helpful, and got to us as quick as they could. It's just that when we were trying to pay and get our golf clubs, there wasn't anyone at the desk and it seemed like the one employee had to help with the prize desk. And of course, there was a kid who was taking a while to pick a prize so we had a line behind us. It's not anyone's fault but I think they just lack staff. I would absolutely come again for the mini golf haha, it was a fun time.

The three dream MLB fields -- Wrigley Field, Fenway Park, and Yankee Stadium -- have outfield walls painted to look like the real parks, complete with crowds and replica scoreboard. These fields looked well-maintained. Our grandson's games were in "Yankee Stadium" under the lights and "Fenway Park". These fields are laid out so their home plates are adjacent separated by stadium seating and a "Stadium Club" with a full service bar and food. The food we tried was not so good (2/5), including cardboard pizza and cold French fries. Parking is tight. Admission is $8 pp for a full day with in-and-out privileges.

But the biggest problem is no shading for the premium stadium seats, only a little over the bleachers. That's unforgivable in Palm Springs where we were cooking in the stadium seats in late February - I can't imagine what it's like in May or June. One plus is foul ball nets above the stadium seats, but without shade there you'll want to avoid them for day games when the sun is out. Needs some true improvement.

My issues would be specifically to the soccer field which is a huge hazard. With so much field space, not sure why they decide to have the field where they have the most holes and slope and then not maintain it on top of that. The restrooms! Disgusting. Out of 6 restrooms, only 1 was open during a soccer game and multiple baseball games. There was no light, barely any toilet paper, the toilet was beyond clogged and no running water from the sink to top it all off. It gave me "Monet" vibes, from far away everything looks nice, but up close it's just a big mess. Take pride in your city parks and do better.

In addition, I had my pickleball bag on the ground and the ants got in there too. I had my bag on my shoulders when I left not realizing there were fire ants on them. I got several more bites. Needless to say, my arm and leg where I got bitten started puffing up and itchy. Next thing I know, I was scratching my scalp and all over my body. My lip and eyes started puffing up. I drove home and took 2 Benedryl and jumped into the shower. It was very scary. My hand and arm where I got the bites are still swollen today.

Taking my kids to lesson is always a good time filled with laughter and fueling their drive to better skills on the field. We spend ALOT of time working here. Every instructor (Ali, Andi, Cole, Bobby) we have been lucky enough to spend time with has treated my kid with love and helped bring new physical development out in her to make her a force at game time. It's hard to pick a favorite we truly love it here. You would be doing your ball player a HUGE favor taking them to swing city. It's everything you could hope for in a batting cage "home."

He claims to have a Division 1 and professional background, but his behavior toward both players and parents is anything but professional or respectful. Trust me I'm not the only parent to have unfortunately experienced this horrible company poor management and coaching. Unfortunately, this culture is enabled by Tony, who presents himself as an advocate for player development and fairness but ultimately prioritizes money over what's best for the kids. If you value your child's growth, confidence, and love for the game, keep your son as far from this program as possible.
