In full disclosure, in Summer 2023, we enrolled him in a water wings class for 2 months. In Summer 2024, we signed him up with a different 1 on 1 private instructor for a few months. So, my son had familiarity with swim lessons, but he had never been able to float or do much of anything on his own in the water. I mean, he is still working on blowing water bubbles becuase he hates putting his face in the water. So, to see Allyson *magically* had him doing all this with 2 lessons... I mean, I have no words to express my appreciation! She knows what she is doing! She is teaching life saving skills first! And she has a totally laid back and straight forward, no nonsense demeanor that I just respect so much! We were very pleased to find out that she comes to us 1 on 1 AND the cost is the same as the average swim school that you would need to go to. Our little guy who is not even 2 yet loves her! He went from just sitting in his raft only...to blowing bubbles, diving under and starting to swim in just a few weeks. He loves her and she is so gentle and friendly.
