The parking lot is clean, and there's many spots available at no cost. We pay $116 for a weekly class. The price is decent, I'm not a particular expert on how much these classes range for but I would say this is fair. Each class is about 30 minutes and you get to meet different coaches. You also have to pay a registration fee at inception of account. This has mainly been an investment for us so that my baby can learn to swim earlier. They practice different movements, submerging underwater and chasing toys in the water. My biggest recommendation is IF you can schedule your classes during the week, it's way better. Sundays are PACKED. There's usually no place to sit to watch your child just because there's so many little swimmers on the schedule. Customer service has been decent here. They give you a reusable tote when you join. The water heater was recently broken so we have a few make ups due. You do have to give them a 30 day notice for cancellation, so keep that in mind! We did find out that you can use your make ups until your registration fee expires, which is in the beginning of the following year-- this is nice! Final verdict: if you can swing the extra money, I think it's an investment. The earlier you can get them started the better :)

Students learn discipline and respect and the important lesson that we are all capable of more than we may think. Students and instructors are of all ages, which honestly makes it even more special because you get the whole range of experience on the team.

Congratulations to Kirby…read moreSmart and the Georgia Bulldogs for winning the 2022 College Football Playoff National Championship. It was a long time coming. Kirby could very well be the next Nick Saban, winning multiple national championships over the next few decades. Kirby is only 46. Georgia (3) is now catching up to Georgia Tech (4) in the number of national championships won. ;) Georgia's national championships came in 1942, 1980, and 2021. In 1980, the Dawgs went undefeated, 12-0. Former athletic director Vince Dooley was the head coach and freshman running back Herschel Walker was the star player. Walker would go on to win the Heisman Trophy in 1982, his junior and final year in college. Senior halfback Frank Sinkwich is Georgia's only other Heisman winner. Sinkwich won the trophy in 1942, the same season that Georgia won its first national championship (Ohio State and Wisconsin also claimed national titles that year). I thought Georgia might've been wrong to fire coach Mark Richt in 2015. Turns out I was wrong. Even though Richt whooped our butts - he went 13-2 against Tech - I always liked him. My feelings about him were validated when he joined the ACC Network as an analyst. As part of the job, he even donned Tech gear once: . Objectively, Richt was a great coach. In 15 seasons at Georgia (2001-2015), he went 145-51 (.740) overall, 83-37 (.692) in the incredibly-tough SEC, and 9-5 in bowl games (.643). To date, Kirby has done even better. Since 2016, Kirby has gone 66-15 (.815) overall, 40-9 in the SEC (.816), and 6-2 (.750) in bowl games. Kirby is one of the best-performing coaches in college football today. His record speaks for itself. Of course, Kirby was able to do something Richt couldn't: win a national championship. How Kirby did so was impressive. He got what was probably the biggest monkey ever off Georgia's back by finally defeating his old mentor Nick Saban and Alabama. The single biggest source of Kirby's career losses has been Bama. So far, Kirby has been a dismal and somewhat-shocking 1-4 (.200) against Saban and the Tide. However, the 2022 national championship may very well be Kirby and Georgia's turning point. Through a combination of outstanding recruiting and coaching, Kirby has Georgia set up to be college football's next most-likely long-term dynasty after Saban and Alabama. Georgia's in-state rivalry with Georgia Tech hasn't been much of a rivalry, at least since I was a freshman at Tech in 2000. We beat Georgia on the road during my freshman year. At the time, we were ranked 18th in the country, coached by George O'Leary, and wide receiver Kelly Campbell was in my weekly biology lab. From 2001 through 2021, we'd beat Georgia only three more times, all under coach Paul Johnson (2008, 2014, 2016). The 1943 and 1944 results are counted differently by each school due to unique circumstances caused by World War II. In the big picture, a consistently dominant and national-championship-winning Georgia Bulldogs football team is great for the state of Georgia. Like the Atlanta United in 2018 (MLS Cup champions) and the Atlanta Braves in 2021 (World Series champions), UGA has done metro Atlanta and the state of Georgia proud in 2022.

After my original review, Master Joo reached out with a very detailed explanation of the account history and provided a copy of the membership agreement that I signed. After reviewing it, I realized that I had misunderstood portions of the membership and cancellation terms. There was still some miscommunication surrounding the billing that caused my initial frustration, particularly seeing two payments processed in August. However, they explained that one was the August payment and the other was an outstanding April payment. More importantly, Master Joo went above and beyond to resolve the situation. They agreed to refund both August payments and the freeze fee, cancel the membership effective August, waive September, and ensure there would be no additional charges. I could have simply deleted my original review, but I think it's more appropriate to leave this update because businesses should receive the same public recognition when they make something right that they receive when a customer is unhappy. I appreciate Master Joo's professionalism and willingness to work with my family. Based on how this was ultimately handled, I've changed my rating to 5 stars. *******ORIGINAL 1 STAR REVIEW****** Parents, please read the membership and cancellation terms very carefully before signing up. My son attended one class, and in early July I contacted World Champion Taekwondo to cancel his membership. When I was charged $169 afterward, I didn't dispute it because he had received a uniform and I felt that was fair. Unfortunately, the charges did not stop. I was charged again, and I have now had two charges hit my account in August. When I contacted the business, instead of addressing my concern about being charged twice in the same month, I received an explanation stating that the membership had a four-month minimum commitment, frozen months don't count toward that commitment, and there is then a 60-day cancellation notice requirement. They are now telling me September will be the final month -- meaning additional billing after I attempted to cancel in July following my son's single class. I understand that businesses have contracts and cancellation policies. My issue is the way this has been handled and the continued billing, particularly the two August charges that were not addressed in their response. In my experience, these billing and cancellation practices feel predatory and extremely consumer-unfriendly. I would strongly encourage other parents to read every provision of the membership agreement, especially the minimum commitment, freeze, automatic payment, and cancellation provisions, before providing a card. I've requested copies of the signed agreement, freeze paperwork, a complete payment history, an explanation of the two August charges, and written confirmation of exactly when the billing will stop. I'll update this review if the company resolves the duplicate charge and handles the cancellation appropriately.

It's always a happy and positive environment and even though the room can get full during sessions, the children still get the attention they need and are pushed to their limit by the masters. The masters are respectful and attentive with every child and use music, sometimes games and activities to motivate the children to do their best and have fun while in training. Bringing our child has been one of the best decisions we have made and we are really happy with the progress and are excited to see what will become of him in the near future with this excellent team!

My son is currently in the Theater Fundamentals class, and he loves it! His coach, Maddie, has been very encouraging and supportive from what he tells me. The Actors Scene in Buford, Ga has become my vehicle to transport to these now quite tangible lands. They have incredible classes (I'm taking the Tuesday night Basic Actor with the talented Coach Sanna), exhilarating workshops ( I'm excited about the upcoming Improv workshop), and an incredibly friendly staff. I've been taking classes for about 3 months and in that short time, I feel myself approaching that once distant dream.
