I wish I could give zero stars. I went in on a Wednesday before closing and met the owner who I…read morethought was great. I spent a good chunk of money as well as a bathing suit for my daughter. My daughter was on the fence about the bathing suit. Since it was closing time, the manager assured us we could return/exchange the bathing suit if we came back the next day. I went back the next morning because the bathing suit did not fit and was told by the same person that under no circumstances would she take back the suit. She claims she mentioned to my daughter that the bottom could not be returned. Neither of us heard this. She only mentioned this to my daughter who has auditory disabilities?? So upsetting. First she said the bottom can't be returned, and then the whole suit can't be returned?? She just kept changing her story. She lied just to get a sale?? Talking advantage of a person with disabilities?? She wasn't even willing to have a discussion about it. I ended up returning all my items. I was really upset because I liked the clothes but disappointed in the way we were treated :((

Most recently, we needed a certain kind of bra for a special outfit. Each visit we were made to feel like we were interrupting the staff while they gabbed, and they were somehow doing us a favour. I couldn't find anything that fit me -- both in size and in matching my personality. I'd given up looking for that "perfect fit" years ago, but my mom spontaneously brought me to Forever Yours last week and the staff immediately made me feel welcome and secure. Erika, who helped with all my fittings, was absolutely amazing. There were a lot of options to go through, and I never felt rushed during the process. Erika took the time to point out and explain what a properly-fitting bra should look and feel like. Plus, they understood my style right away! I left with a much-needed confidence boost and two bras that I was actually excited to wear. As advised, I wore the new bras at home for a few hours each to ensure everything was all good. One of them ended up being too tight, so I went back to exchange it. Back to the fitting room! Again, Erika was there to help me out -- in a genuine, unhurried manner. From all the staff, you really feel taken care of. I cannot stress enough how important and valuable that is. This is the kind of bra store I wish I knew existed in my early teen years. Better late than never though, right? I'll be shopping here a lot more in the future.

Sadly I'd rather pay to catch a ferry to Vancouver then go back to the store. I just wish my experience was over all better. However I will not be recommend this store to anyone. Could you imagine if a young girl went it and left crying because she felt so bad? Over all this was a horrible and terrible experience.
