I had no idea that I'd also get some excellent service as well! I was looking for a new cologne and gave the sales associate an idea of what I wanted and what I currently own. Within moments, she had a selection of colognes for me to try and she did a great job of staying within the parameters I set. Sampling the colognes and using the supplied coffee beans to refresh my sense of smell, I decided on one and was happy to save about 15% off what would have been the regular price in a regular store. What really made me a fan was that she seemed genuinely interested in finding the right cologne for me and was humbled by my thankfulness. I'll definitely come back to this same location again in the future.

My only issue is that the smells give me a headache 'cause it's in a small store. No fault of the store owners, however, with everyone spraying and testing there is no where really for the perfume to go. They do have better prices than what you would get at the Bay or Sears, however, my only issue is that sometimes, depending on the distributor, they're slow on getting the latest titles. They have some classic titles in here. Every year for Mother's Day I get my mom's favorite perfume here.

I ended up a 3rd and getting help mid week FROM SOMEONE THAT DOES NOT EVEN WORK THERE (it was a brand rep!) and I wasn't even shipping his brand. Got more help from that guy than anyone girl that worked there the 3 times I visited. Thankfully it's also something I do once a year. A haul. So I don't need to beg for help every time I shop. Although yoga helped making me feel better, I decided to go for a massage. I was trying my luck that day to get accommodated without reservation. I walked in, was greeted by the lovely receptionist and asked how she can help me. I told her I wanted a massage. She checked her computer and luckily I only have to wait 1 hour. This Eccotique branch is conveniently located inside Metrotown mall. I could definitely spend 1 hour window shopping. Five minutes prior to my appointment I was already back at Eccotique. I was lead inside and was asked to sit on a couch and wait for my masseuse. I was offered water or tea while I wait. After five minutes, my masseuse came and introduce herself. My masseuse' name is Paige. She then lead me to a private room. The room is of adequate size. Enough for a massage bed and for the masseuse to move around. I was asked to sit on the bed and was told to close my eyes. Paige then pressed her oil damped thumb on my forehead as she asked me to inhale deeply. She did this 3 times each with different aroma oil. I ended up choosing the Rosemary Mint oil. Paige then stepped out of the room and asked me to undress and go under the sheets face down. While waiting, I noticed the relaxing music playing in the background. I hear the sounds of the ocean and then birds. It was really pleasant to the ears. Before starting the massage, Paige asked if I have any injury or if I have parts of my body that I don't want pressure on. I am typically healthy so went for a full body massage. It was heavenly. I like that Paige would always check if the pressure is acceptable. I'm not a masochist. I don't like hurting myself more so paying the person who hurts me! I like my massage to be just right. I can say I went out of that spa a changed person. I felt so relax and loose. It felt like I can do another round of 90 minute hot yoga. This spa is highly recommended.

She gave great options, and we both ended up going with Impulsive. When we went to check out, it turns out they were sold out! But, Divina was great to think of calling the MAC the Bay to see if they had any. Miraculously they had two left. Although we couldn't give the sale to their store, I am thankful she offered the suggestion to ensure we were happy customers. I hope Divina gets to see this shout out! I feel very well looked after and the front desk attendance especially Mindy is always very friendly and service oriented. Dr Eichhorst looked after me during my colon cancer ordeal, chemotherapy and while getting an ilistomy bag for a year. I also got wonderful mental support and I will be greatfull for the rest of my life for all his work. Meanwhile I definitely consider Dr Eichhorst a friend who has come to Saint Paul's hospital and also my house many times just to see me and give me moral support. To me Dr Eichhorst is definitely not one of many doctors but the only one to me who really cares and to make it very clear: I believe, that he as well as Dr Carl Brown from the colorectoral department at saint St. Paul's hospital saved my life a few times. My cancer has disappeared and I can live my life to the fullest now.

She misdiagnosed my Mum and when I saw her, she was not friendly and had no time for me. I will not see her again. After I saw her, I asked to see another doctor and saw Dr Sofia Bayfield who was patient, thorough and kind. Dr Frame is lovely and used to be my family doctor but I moved overseas for 6 years and don't really see him anymore. Overall, I'll still come to this clinic as it is close to my husband's workplace and they have my files from decades back.
