Could have been a one time deal, but maybe they still honour it, I'm not sure! I got in and the staff were so lovely. The spa is gorgeous... The owner is this beautiful lady and she was the perfect person to see for my injections since I was getting them in my jaw line to reduce jaw clenching pain and to thin out the jaw line. She really knew what she was doing. Her assistant was the sweetest guy ever and we laughed a lot. 2 weeks later, my jaw is no longer in excruciating pain and my face is looking more thin. Takes 3-6 weeks to experience the full effect. Would totally recommend this place for Dysport injections!

I purchased their microdermabrasion coupon in hopes to get a bit of a skin refresher. When I first walked in, it was a bit confusing as this clinic is also an orthodontic office sharing the same name. I sat down and filled some paperwork. My name, age, basic skin profile, etc. When I sat down for my "consultation" the esthetician told me that I was a poor candidate for microderm because my skin appeared to be sensitive and it may cause bruising. Fair enough, I asked her what she recommended since I had never done microderm, chemical peels or any other type of treatment. She told me that I would do well with a chemical peel. She said it may cause a bit of redness but it would be the lightest peel and heal quickly.The overall procedure was quite quick. Once done, she just told me I couldn't wash my face or wear makeup for 24 hours. After that, I just needed to keep my skin moisturized. The reason why I'm writing this review is because two days later my face blew up to the point where my face was completely swollen. What she failed to tell me is that she used a peel that was 14% resorcinol, 10% latic acid and 2% folic. A compound that by any means is not a "light" chemical peel for someone with sensitive skin. She did not do a patch test or consult me on any allergies I may have that could react to this peel. I ended up missing working due to the extreme swelling to the point where my vision was compromised. I was prescribed steroids and antibiotics to bring down the swelling as well. When I called the clinic to tell them what happened, they told me they would call me back right away to let me know what peel they had used. They ended up calling me 2 hours later and apologized and said that sometimes you can get allergic reactions to it. Please be careful and do your research as skin care should not be taken lightly. Please make sure you go to a competent clinic that gives you a thorough consultation

A young girl (technician) comes into the salon and calls the next person in line. She began to dust the counter with her bare hands then continued to work and did not wash her hands. My turn began and then shortly after I told the technician to stop because I felt her taking too much off my eyebrows. In the photo you can clearly see the uneven eyebrows and so thin compared to when I came in. I did pay her and even left her a tip so they wouldn't say I was trying to get out of paying. I have a newborn son and this is the first time I go out to do something nice for myself. So you can only imagine how the hormones and the bad eyebrows left me in tears after.
