I left with smoother and more hydrated skin as well as some samples that my face is reacting to very nicely. That said, I didn't come in with any major concerns so this provided the nice simple boost and through cleansing, exfoliating, and hydration I was looking for. Am not sure if the results would be any more dramatic than that. I usually like it when they explain the steps and the products being used. My facialist didn't start doing this until the end when I started asking her questions. But I know this is a personal preference and I could have started inquiring about the process earlier. Their line and array of products for sale is impressive and comprehensive. I needed an exfoliator so my facialist sold me one. At first she tried to sell me the full-size but I asked to buy the smaller one as I wanted to trial it first. If I hadn't taken the time to browse through the products, I wouldn't have known to ask for the smaller size first. I usually go to Skoah -which like most spas, features head, neck, and shoulder massage as well as ambience and very cozy beds- but am considering coming back here instead. The icing on the cake was when my facial was completed on a hot sunny afternoon, they did not have any sunscreen to apply! My jaw dropped when she said "I dont have any sunscreen". I booked/had the power plane facial. I was expecting a proper dermaplaning, the whole process with the 1-min extraction(literally) was so quick, I almost forgot it happened. I could have done my facial at home. I am still stuck at No sunscreen!

She seemed so relaxed and grounded that I felt excited for her, and since it was my first time at this spa, it was a little reassuring. The space itself is exactly how it looks on their website. It's clean, serene and the staff are friendly and professional. I did my Power facial with Jessica and she was wonderful. What stood out for me was that the facial was completely catered to you personally and I don't just mean technical skin stuff, I mean in terms of experience. They make sure that your stay is 100% to your taste and liking. This is evident in several things that you'll see if you choose to go. I loved the fact that she asked me, before she even started, if I'd like to know about the products she was using on me, or if I'd prefer to have quiet time.....and I chose quiet time. The message chair was super comfortable, the music was at the perfect volume and the temperature was neutral with the option of having your heating pad on the bed turned on or off.....depending on your mood. First time guests receive $10 off their first treatment and $20 off their products which I appreciated. I mean there's not much else to say really...it was a great facial with great staff located in stunning Yaletown right by El Guapo......Margarita anyone after a facial? :) Thoroughly enjoyed my ME-TIME and walked home glowing with a big grin on my face just having returned from planet Zen.

The owner is this beautiful lady and she was the perfect person to see for my injections since I was getting them in my jaw line to reduce jaw clenching pain and to thin out the jaw line. She really knew what she was doing. Her assistant was the sweetest guy ever and we laughed a lot. 2 weeks later, my jaw is no longer in excruciating pain and my face is looking more thin.
