I tried on the Commission Pant Slim, which, as it happens, are the perfect leg length for me. That being said, they offer a free hem service with any pants that you purchase, in case you need to adjust the length. During my first round through, Beka helped me out and was AMAZING, being personable, helpful, and pleasant to be around. I didn't get anything this time around but I knew they were on my radar. I was going to wait and see if I could swing a discount from some friends in Calgary who could ship it back here but a few days later, I got impatient and walked back into this location to just get a dang pair. Beka was working again and I actually witnessed her going to all sorts of lengths to help someone out; a mom was shopping for her son and Beka was on the phone with him, making sure that everything was to his liking. What a star! I knew what I wanted so I came in, tried the pair back on to make sure it was the same as I had before, and then head back over to the counter. I was happy to have the process be as simple as it was, but when I got to the counter, the fellow working seemed to want nothing to do with me. I understand that my humour may be a bit corny and possibly not his cup of tea, but at least smiling and offering a bit of conversation would be appreciated, when I'm dropping $150 on a pair of pants. So it seems like some of the team here is fantastic, while some others could use a bit of a reminder that they are customer-facing representatives! All in all, I'm extremely happy with the pants and my experience was pretty dang good. Yes, their products are overpriced and you pay for the brand, but I have to say I REALLY do love the feel of them.

The Bay just doesn't really carry much anymore and the other two store's quality is pretty terrible plus more and more not at all my style. In finding this shop I was delighted to find high quality items and different styles to choose from that don't look like everything else I keep seeing over and over. They do still have a lot of the usual items too but it was nice to see stuff that was unique. The prices are higher but the quality is too so it's warranted. I'd rather buy a few less items that I love than more cheaper items that I don't. The set I purchased feels like it's high quality and honestly, just makes me feel better too :) I also really appreciated the selection of natural shapes, not all padded and pushed etc even in the smaller sizes. The selection really offers pieces meant to flatter each body as is, not try to turn it into something it's not. Lastly, the owner was very approachable but not annoying or pushy which is what I like. She was happy to help but also gave me lots of space to look and try things on without any pressure. I'll definitely be back :)
