Shuttle hit my car and won't admit it for repairs! Don't use this service...terrible!

Stay away from this place! Huge dent from my car being hit while parked in valet at this parking lot! Don't use this service, more than a week has gone by and still no word from management! It honestly looks like one of their white shuttle vans hit my car.

I knew to look for the storage place because it said on the reservation email.

And if you want a true cargo van or a fifteen passenger van without all the bells and whistles, they've got those, too. But imagine a family or group vacation across the country in comfort and style and consider that the right travel vehicle can actually add so much enjoyment to the trip itself while heading to your vacation destination and even on the return trip home. DFW Conversion Van Rentals has what you need. Trust me, I speak from multiple experiences as a satisfied customer! The reservation process is admittedly somewhat involved - multiple steps - but it is also precise and that is a benefit to the customer. Just follow the online written instructions and you'll realize that you're simply following the same process that previous renters of your chosen vehicle also followed, and that means a better quality product and experience for you! Jeff is extremely thorough for good reason - he wants you and your passengers to have a pleasant travel experience. The price is right and the value is high so contact DFW Conversion Van Rentals when you begin planning your next trip and you'll be glad you did!

Well.....after 2 weeks of back and forth on the 8 page contract, where I was under the impression I…read morewas paying an estimated $250 for one night of rental on a 9-passenger vehicle....they finally provided me with the actual price, which is $829 + a $500 security deposit. What? I had already paid the $250, so they told me they were going to keep that once I cancelled. I would imagine keeping the security deposits after they finally divulge the actual rental price is one of their main revenue streams. I highly recommend staying away from this company, as there are other options in the DFW area, who provide you with the rental price in advance of the security deposit, so you can make an informed decision.

The trains take off smoothly and stop smoothly as well. The trains are clean and look relatively new. There was nothing that we saw as an issue. It is a short walk from all parts of the terminal to the escalator taking you to the Skylink.

We were supposed to fly from Detroit to Phoenix to San Francisco, but my attentive brother thought he heard long-delay in the Detroit gate agent's otherwise cryptic PA announcement, so he spoke to her, and soon, the three of us (including my dad) were on a plane bound for DFW. DFW is awful, but that's for another review. Part of what makes DFW awful is its stupid modular design. The terminals are too far apart. There are too many ramps within the concourses themselves. Wait, I'm not reviewing the airport here. Anyway, we were forced to use Skylink, and while there are plenty of signs that point in the direction of the stations, the stations are really really really far from some of the gates. And when you get to a station, signs very unhelpfully inform you that this train goes to these two specific lettered concourses--and to (all?) other concourses. Don't do that. On signs. Don't say a small part and also a large part that includes that small part. It's needlessly confusing. Most thinking human beings understand that all concourses include, well, all concourses, so if a person is trying to go to Concourse E, it's confusing to see a sign that reads "All A and B Gates" followed by "All Gates." The train arrived relatively quickly, but the ride itself was horrible. It accelerates way too fast, and its movement around turns is jerky and chaotic. It feels more like a poorly planned, lesser amusement-park ride than any sort of mode of transportation for people with rolling luggage, let alone seniors just trying not to fall over because there isn't enough seating and not enough time to get to the limited seating that exists. Compared to AirTrain (SFO) and even The Plane Train (ATL), Skylink is just bad.
