I wouldn't recommend this company even for the price. They only have on vehicle for transport. Even though you do everything online the drivers still need contracted for drop off an pick/pickup. The place to park your car is hidden on a side street and needs better detailed. They're female driver was extremely rude and hung up the phone on both myself and my boyfriend. The car is dirty . I will not use this company again. read more

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!! To start off, there is no parking attendant. I arrived at 0500 and parked my car. When a driver finally showed up at 0515, I was told to move my car to accommodate other vehicles. Be advised you may have to park with passenger side against a fence. After I finally move to the proper location, as there are no marked spots, just dirt, I get in the shuttle and the driver proceeds to take everyone's payment. I tell her, I need to get to the airport. She picks up 2 more ppl in the parking lot, after having them move as well. I finally arrive at the airport at 0540. 40 minutes to gon1 mile. The return trip was worse. No one very came to get me. I called the number printed on the ticket the shuttle driver gave me. Left two messages. I had to pay for an uber to take me the lot. It's now been 1 hr and I still haven't gotten a call back. After paying to uber, I ended up paying more than the airport parking. read more

We made reservations here before a long Christmas weekend. We get to the location and there isn't an attendant and a jumble of cars. We didn't know what to do so we called and the person on the phone said they don't have spots and to just figure out to get our money back. Good thing we came with time before our flight and we had booked with spothero.com who helped us figure it out. Regardless the parking lot looked like a mess and I don't even know how people would get their cars out when they arrive. Customer service is poor. The lot is shady and wouldn't be surprised if some of these cars get damaged. read more

Horrible experience, stay away from this business. The shuttle bus was broken down, so the employees are using personal vehicles. Upon arrival, we had to call the business phone number to get someone to come pick us up at the parking lot. After we were finally dropped off at the terminal, the female driver forcefully reminded me twice that she accepts tips. I'm sure this business stays open due to its low prices, but everything else is sorely lacking. read more

I booked two, week long reservations online. When we arrived, there were not nearly enough spaces for how many cars there were crammed in this tiny lot. The attendant was beyond RUDE and we had to move our car FOUR times during the course of our visit. After waiting for 30+ minutes to be shuttled to the airport, she refused to even try to load us and our luggage into her vehicle and when we tried to explain to her that we were going to miss our flight if we did not leave soon she drove away mid-sentence, saying that she "had customers to take care of." We were forced to abandon one of our reservations in order to to not miss our flight. Luckily, since I booked the reservations through Way.com I was able to get a refund for the spot we did not use. I was double-charged in December 2017 and have made numerous calls to try to get my money returned to me but have had no response. I have spoken with three different people multiple times who have each given me a different answer. I have left my callback number numerous times for the "supervisor " to call me back. I have not received a call. It was our 1st experience & our last. Parking lot is small. They had several vans in the lot, so why they didn't drive one. We got in a mini van, barely had room for us. We had to put our own luggage in the van. The attendant wasn't rude or friendly. Coming back we called for pickup, attendant sounded like she was sleep. Said they will pick us up in 10 min., it was four of us. We got pickup in passenger vehicle. My bag one of us got pickup, the attendant said, I don't have room for all of you. I'll take one you to your car. No luggage was put in the vehicle, no explanation of why they didn't have the van. What would of happen if it was one adult & kids? There website is false advertisement. We all was suppose to have round trip transportation to & from the airport. read more

Do not use this place!!! They list there parking at $5 a day but I will somehow charged $45 for a 5-day stay and when I arrived they didn't have any parking spots so I had to have my car valeted in order to prevent missing my flight. I returned at midnight and had to wait 30 minutes for a pickup in a small car instead of a shuttle bus and got to my car to find 3 huge scratches on my car and a crack in my windshield. read more

Where to begin? The lot is tucked away off a side street with a lot address clearly different from the advertised location. The fenced in space resembles a construction site more than a parking lot as the pavement is full of gravel and holes. The limited lighting is from a portable unit that provides bright illumination but only covers a limited amount of the space. Parking has very limited markings and clearly vulnerable to vehicles passing through the lot. Shuttle is advertised as 7x24 but it is summoned by a phone number that often goes unanswered and triggers a "voicemail full" message. My last use of this lot related to a 6am flight where I arrived at the lot about 4am to find the shuttle but no driver nor answer to calls nor texts. Walking I go... in 40 degree temps with winds up to 50mph. There's really no convenient way to get to Love by foot but there are no taxis and options to get to the terminal were limited and likely to take longer than the walk. When the driver picked me up upon return, I was advised I'd have to pay or the fees would come out of his paycheck. I paid and was assured I'd be contacted by management to discuss concerns. No response was received to any attempts to reach the company via phone, email, social media, etc. When I complained to the city/airport/etc about the situation, there was little response outside of "not my job" and it appears the airport staff are fully aware of the incompetence of this company yet continue to grant them access to the facility. read more

Worst of the worst. You pre pay and book the reservation online. It's a fantastic price so that's why I picked SwiftPark. A decision I now regret. I put the address in my navigation and at first I thought I was in the wrong spot because it's a janky/beat up lot with minimal parking spaces. I drive around the lot looking for the building, there is none! I then find a parking spot and see nobody around. I unload my luggage & infant and proceed to call the number for "shuttle" A man answers the phone and after explaining where I am he pulls up next to me in a red minivan. He proceeds to tell me that the car is full but he will be back for me (and the baby) Okay...he comes back 20 minutes later and I had to put myself and the baby back into my car just to get some AC and escape the Texas sun. I finally get to the airport and apparently the man was nice enough to drop me off up top because they're not supposed to be up there???? Upon my return I call the number and this RUDE woman picks up. She asks if I have my bags yet and I tell her yes, she then informs me that she's on her way. We hang up and I proceed to walk outside the doors of baggage claim. Waiting outside for 10 minutes before she calls me asking where I am. I describe my location to her and she rudely says "no ma'am I told you to meet me downstairs at shuttle pickup" she most certainly did not tell me that. So I drag my luggage and infant downstairs to the shuttle spot. She had to leave and return. She finally gets back. I've now been waiting a solid 30 minutes and she shows up in a beat up Lincoln suv. This vehicle has only 5 available seats because she doesn't want anyone in the passenger seat. And unfortunately limited trunk space. Another couple came up behind me to hop in on our ride, and the woman let them. We are finally on the way back to the lot and my baby starts crying and the woman gives me attitude about "what's wrong with him, why is he crying" Horrible experience from start to finish. Will pay the extra money to park somewhere better next time read more

What a way to start a Christmas Vacation !!! This place has no sign... driving around predawn in a dicey neighborhood. had to call to find out location.... person acted like we were stupid. get there.... no direction where to park.... The shuttle was there with 2 people on it. Driver waited for us to unload all our bags (5) in the dark and raining..... then she blobs out of the shuttle and tells us she will be back in 10 minutes.... she is taking these two people first. then she sits inside the shuttle for another 10 minutes doing what looks like paperwork with the 2 people. then she leaves and is not back for 25 minutes. More people arrive for rides. everyone comments on how they could not find the place. we start loading up. the driver is no help in loading except to bark at us that we cannot load correctly once we are on she tells us (we cannot hear her mumble voice either) we all have to finish paying and give up our keys. THIS TAKES FOREVER AS SHE HAS TO DO 5 PARTIES. you had all our cc info on line....why in world when people are catching a plane to do us have jacked up tiny cc reader and slow receipt printer ??? this literally took almost 20 mins. by the time we reached the airport.... your "driver" had cost us 50 minutes !!! Due to the holiday crowds .... we barely made our flight. we were running through the airport in our socks. YOUR COMPANY COST ME MY $60.00 I PAID TO PREBOARD ON SOUTHWEST. !!!! Your driver was the worst. What a scam this was ! What a joke of of company !!! When we returned .... we called.... person barley spoke english....we get to lot. cars are piled up everywhere. girl drops us off a good distance from our car even though we pointed it out to her and we had to hoof it to our car ....IN THE RAIN ! The other cars were stuffed here there and everywhere. I had to attempt to back out and maneuver several times before I barely got my car out of my space because of cars parked sideways behind me....not even in parking spaces !!! I arrived for my paid reservation and it didn't look good from the start. A young man was hanging out in a van that I'm assuming was the shuttle and a young lady standing off to the side on the phone. The cars were packed like sardines in the lot. I said where am I supposed to park there are no spots I am then told oh just pull up and double park and you leave your keys here and when a spot opens we will move your car. I was like NO I don't think so!!!! I further went on to say it says in your site self park and says nothing about leaving keys. She said u understand but we are over booked I said not my problem. Horrible company. The location is hard to find, down a dark alley. The parking lot is dimly lit and full of potholes. We were informed that no parking was being allowed in the lot due to a dispute with the property owner. Don't waste your time or money. Park in the Love Connection lot. read more

ick up was prompt. Location is sketchy and does not look secure. The lot is not monitored as they stated because the driver monitors the lot but how can they do that 24/7 when they also leave for pickups? Leaving driver asked for flight detail but never said they charged an additional day if you return later than you left. When we came back driver made you pay before leaving the airport and charged us an additional day. It would be better if they had a different spot to pay instead of having passengers pass around others credit cards and receipts in the van. The driver upon return did not load or unload bags. Park elsewhere for cheaper rates, secure monitored, and professional services. read more

I do not recommend this service. I reserved a spot trough way.com. so I get to the parking lot and there is no one to attend me. I waited for over 30 minutes and the shuttle never got there. I tried calling the # on the sign many times and no body answered, I tried checking the shuttle tracker and that didn't work, it kept saying try again later. Finally I ordered an uber to take me to the airport. On my way back the shuttle tracker wasn't working still, so I got another uber to take me back to my car. Leaving the parking lot someone finally shows up and ask to see my receipt. I didn't have one since no one was there, luckily I had the reservation on my phone. He said that he was wondering who's car that was. So I guess I'm lucky my car wasn't towed. Horrible service. read more

Our experience with Swift Parking Dallas Love was horrible! We parked at Swift Parking during 11/22-11/28-18. On 11/22 (Thanksgiving) we arrived early around 1030am for our 130pm flight. The original parking lot was full and there was a line of cars waiting in line as there was only one guy with a pen and paper writing down people's information and demanding payment prior to parking. This took approximately 30 minutes. Even though we booked online he needed all the information again. After payment he gave us directions to a different parking lot, it was hard to understand as his english was broken. The second parking lot was a gravel lot which made it very hard to roll suitcases on, almost impossible! He told us to wait and the "shuttle" would pick us up within 10 minutes. After waiting 10 minutes the shuttle had not arrived so my wife called the number provided online. A lady answered and said she would pick us up in 10 minutes. She didn't so i called her, she said she just talked to my wife and that she would be there in 10 minutes. After waiting a total of 30 minutes we called a Lyft who arrived in 4 minutes! As the Lyft was arriving the "shuttle" arrived. The "shuttle" was a plain mini van with no markings or signs to indicate it was a "shuttle." We had a brief conversation with the "shuttle" driver who was rude and also hard to understand. She did not care about our concerns and drove off. When we returned from our trip we called the number again for a ride back to our vehicle, this time a man answered but again with broken hard to understand english. We were picked up at the shuttle parking area by an unmarked mini van after about 20 minutes of waiting. The van had no sign indicating it was a shuttle. The van only held 4 people. On our way back to our car the driver and another passenger got into a heated argument over parking which made us feel unsafe. This was a horrible experience overall! We don't plan to ever use swift parking again and we will advise our friends and family not to either. read more

NEVER AGAIN! I warn you, do NOT try this. It is confusing. There are two parking lots. There is no office. After struggling for a long time to park and not find an office, and not getting responses from the phone calls, someone finally came in a vehicle with a SWIFT sticker on the side. THEN I got chewed out for parking upstairs (no signs not to), and for walking down the steps in the building (no steps anywhere else), and the crap I got would not stop. People, pay attention to the reviews. Don't give them your money. You will regret it like I did. read more

I don't know what I was expecting from $6 a day parking, but it wasn't this. You show up to the unsecured lot and park, you get in the shuttle van she looks at your reciept and charges you for the duration of you stay on her mobile credit card machine then you go to the airport. A little weird, but whatever, it got the job done. My fiancé had a different itinerary upon return so he got back last Thursday. When he arrived at the shuttle pickup area he called the lot, as instructed at drop off. No answer. It is determined that another gentleman waiting is also waiting for the same lot and has already been sitting for 15-20 minutes. They continually try to call and no one ever answers. Some airport staff sees them and finds out what shuttle their waiting for and start to joke that they should get comfortable because the shuttle would turn up in about an hour saying they had phone problems. My fiancé had already determined that it was a 34 minute walk and was getting ready to start walking when what do you know, over an hour later the shuttle pulls up claiming phone problems. This place would have been convenient airport parking given the location and price. But I'm not willing to wait over an hour to get back to my car I don't care how cheap it is. read more

Full disclosure, we didn't actually park here. We had a reservation and made an initial payment. When we arrived, we were directed to park between the aisles of parking spots. There were already cars parked 3 across. We were not comfortable leaving the keys for anyone to move it around as needed so we left. The only person at the lot (the driver) informed us we could cancel our reservation online (she couldn't do it). As soon as we had the opportunity to, we got on-line but there is no place to cancel it. The only phone number goes back to the lot with the same person who couldn't help us at the lot. For 50 cents more a day, we found a lot with a covered spot and could keep our keys. read more

Don't even waste your time! My mom and i had a flight at 6 am, so when we got to the lot it was still dark outside. We had a hard time finding where to go #1. When we found the lot, there was a lady parked in a shuttle. She got out, took my license plate number, told us to go park down the middle row, and told us she'd swing around in the shuttle to pick us up. (The website also said the spots are covered. They aren't. At all. Not even a secure gate.) So we park and get all of our luggage out the car and we're standing outside the car waiting to be picked up. SHE DISAPPEARED. The van was nowhere in sight. We waited like 5 minutes. I walked around the lot (mind you it was dark and we're two lady's in a sketchy lot) but there was NO sign of her. I tried to call the number. Went straight to voicemail. We had to put everything back in the car and find another lot. Probably a blessing in disguise that we didn't park in that lot, but still a complete waste of time. read more

Literally the worst parking experience I've ever had. Parking lot says it is attended 24h a day, but when I got there, no one was present. Called and stood out in the hot sun with a couple other customers for 15 min until someone came, that lady said the other attendants were "at lunch" at 4pm in the afternoon. She assured us that the lot gate was locked at night and secure. They were out of spots and I had to park along a fence, they kept my car key. I returned around midnight, the gate was not at all locked as promised, and there was some fiasco where the driver couldn't accept a Groupon that another group had, whereas they were told on their arrival to keep it until their return, and they were made to pay full price. Then the driver had no idea how much I owed and no way to figure it out, and I had no confirmation email sent so I had to search around for fifteen minutes until I finally remembered I luckily had a screen shot on my phone that I had taken, otherwise he wouldn't let me have my key. Then, my car was not where it was supposed to be so I had to go searching for it, the driver also sideswiped a car in the lot as he was driving by. It was cheap, but definitely not worth it. read more

Do not use ever! The experience started out OK. The location is very hard to find and no attendant or anything is there, a lady who was very helpful driving the shuttle helped us as we were late. We flew in on a Saturday night at 10:30 pm and (long story short) we were picked up @11:45 and finally received our car after midnight. The management of this company is atrocious. DO NOT PARK HERE!! First time using this parking service and will never use again. Booked through the Way app a week before my trip. Upon arrival we were informed there were no parking parking spaces available and to just leave the keys and they would park my vehicle when one came available. So that is exactly what I did then hurried to get into the "shuttle" which appeared to be the attendant's personal vehicle. When we got into the vehicle, she asked for my keys. I told her I had left them like she had instructed. She then proceeded to state she had never told me to do that!! But then said not to worry, just leave it there because they had never had any prior incidents. She proceeded to take us to the airport. We were concerned the entire trip if our car would be there when we returned. I mean, THIS IS DALLAS!! Anyway, when we returned, it was a different woman driver whom we had to call three times before anyone even answered to come pick us up! She asked the last name of the reservation several times then was looking through what appeared to be a sewing or tackle box full of cards. She was unable to find ours and began looking for our keys in her other box. Still unable to find our reservation or our keys, she drove us to our car, got out and walked to the front of our car where she found the keys in a zip loc bag on the front windshield on the OUTSIDE of our car!!!!!! This is NOT a locked area!!! When asked if the keys had been on the car the entire four days, she said they sometimes do this right before they come to pick up the guests. Really??!! It was obvious that she had not "just" put the keys out before she came to pick us up. If she had done that, she would've known where they were!!
