NICEST PEOPLE. Especially Drake Ben Austin Ulysses and others not yet mentioned. High quality all the way around. Best wash. Always done right. Peaceful music while using strong vacuums and awesome blow driers. But mostly, the people are the best. read more

Amazing car wash! Aways does a fantastic job.. The vacuums are super strong. Definitely a place to go to.

Needed a quick car wash to wash off all the salt. There were 2 lanes of 4- 5 cars, but the lane moved quickly. There was an attendant to assist with wash selection. The wash itself was quick. There were several vacuums available. Overall, fast and did the job. read more

While employees are polite and helpful, the equipment itself is not that friendly to paint and shield wipers. That added extra expenses in repairs in the long run. The first time (not being sure)I let it slide and repaired it myself. The second time I noticed damage on vehicle, I reported it and never heard a word from management. Third time and I was fed up, rear-shield wiper was damaged and their answer is that they're not responsible for damage to the vehicle. read more

I take both my cars here. They would not take responsibility for damage to one which was minor - no big deal. My other car was damaged due to their subpar equipment recently and they didn't stand besides their product at all. I will do business where integrity is there and this place is not that. They play Christian music, is this what the prayers teach us how to operate in this world? Shameful! read more

Went through the wash. Used the included in price vaccums and compressed air to clean my carpets and Interior. Accidentally left a floor mat there and came back the next day greg/craig had put it to the side for me, sorry I don't remember your name but I thank you for what you did. read more

I went to Swift Wash 2 years ago to buy a single car wash, and ended up buying a membership from Brian. He pointed out that 2 washes per month would make it worth the membership price. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I still have the membership today. Swift is the only car wash I have found that removes all the bug gunk from my windshield. Love this car wash and all of the employees are happy and helpful. read more

I love this car wash. It takes a while to dry the car and scrubs the whole car well. It lasts a long time. It is highly recommended and has a very good price if you just want to wash it to remove the dirt, starting at $5. 10/10 recommended. read more

This is a great care wash for the value. We never select options above the basic wash and our cars have come out clean and unharmed. I totally get the concerns of damage coming to your car, but that's the risk you take with a carwash that isn't touch-free. I've used the touch-free kinds and they tend to not clean as well, though I guess it depends on the level of dirt you have. They also have monthly packages that would definitely pay off if you can come in once a week. We've contemplated it, but we probably wouldn't make the drive out to take advantage of it. One odd note is that though there are touch screens and you could select and swipe your card on your own, they always have people out there to attend to the displays. I don't mind it, but maybe they could save on their expenses and pass the savings to the customer if they saved the workforce for maintaining the equipment. I digress. We'll keep coming back for the basic wash and you should too. read more

I needed a really good car wash after a long road trip and my car filled with imprints of flying insects and debris. Of all the automatic car washes I visit, this by far is my favorite and the best quality!! I can't believe all the different cycles of soap and washes that my vehicle's journey goes through. I left with a spotless car and very pleasant experience. I echo the other positive reviews on staff. Michael, John , and the attendants are always friendly and responsive to my questions. The car's journey through the car wash is perfect timing with top quality solutions and equipment. I dried my own car with my own materials but used their free vacuum system which has strong suction too for the beach sand. All the insects and bugs from my road trip were washed off which is extremely rare to happen on an automatic car wash. Best quality and service at Swift Car Wash! Keep up the excellent management! read more

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS CAR WASH AND WILL NEVER USE THIS CAR WASH AGAIN. I have gone her many times with my car. Never had an issue. Yes my car is a 2004 with some body surface rust, BUT nothing else is wrong with it. I took it there for a car wash Friday. As I went through the one section with those huge flat things that go across your car heard a funny noise but thought it was because they were just so big and heavy swinging onto the roof. BUT I heard something weird as I was being moved through the dryers and then suddenly a big blue piece of plastic goes flying across my drivers window and onto the pavement. I looked and was what the hell was that and then realized IT WAS FROM MY CAR...FROM THE PLASTIC THING BY THE SUN ROOF. I pulled out and got a shift manager who informed me that they probably aren't going to do anything BECAUSE OF THE AGE OF MY CAR. THEY BROKE IT THEY SHOULD FIX IT. No phone call, nothing at all from this place. That is just not right. THEY HAVE CAMERAS SO THEY CAN DARN WELL SEE THEIR EQUIPMENT BROKE IT AND THEY HAVE THE PIECE THAT WENT FLYING because I also thought they should know that some other pieces were inside the car wash and could possibly cause equipment issue. BECAUSE I WAS DOING THE RIGHT THING TO WARN THEM OF THIS so it would not cause any problems. BUT THEY ARE NOT DOING THE RIGHT THING AT ALL. THIS IS NOT A NICE PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH AND WITH SO MANY COMPANIES STRUGGLING AFTER COVID - I URGE YOU TO USE OTHER CAR WASHES because if they are this callous about my car because of its age and the fact that OH WELL YOU DO KNOW PLASTIC BREAKS...what happens to YOUR CAR. Akso the plastic piece they were given was NOT SO BRITTLE THAT IT BROKE when he was standing their flexing it...SO THEY BROKE THIS. read more

One of the better car washes in the area for the price. Ever since I moved here Swift has been great I go there often and my parents also have a membership with them. Car typically comes out pretty clean and haven't had any issues with scratches. Really like how after the carwash there's free vaccuming and little air guns to clear off mats or the inside of your car. They also have a free a mat cleaning station that you can feed your matts through to get clean. Some other notes: 1. They don't offer handwash services, so don't come here expecting that. 2. They can get pretty busy when the weather is warmer (if it's busy that's probably a good thing and shows people trust them) Other than that, overall great car wash and employees! read more

On 08/11/2022 I went to swift wash to wash my truck. As I exited the carwash, I noticed a film or residue on my truck. I parked the truck, and the attendant came out and stated that they had a hydraulic line that had burst in the car wash. Several cars in front and behind me were sprayed with hydraulic fluid. The remedy by the attendant was to return to the carwash in an hour. Instead, I returned in 2.5 hours and they were still working on fixing the broken line. On my way back to the carwash my truck as well as others were directed by the attendant to go through the exit lane as the entrance was blocked. At that time, the exit bar came down on my truck and scratched the truck. I asked for the manager and the attendant told me he would be there as he was running his car through the wash. I spoke with Michael (Mike) Zolli and showed him the damage and was upset with the hydraulic fluid on my truck. I also, explained that I was directed to go through this area. Mike apologized and assured me there would be no damage from the hydraulic fluid leak. Mike also stated that customer service is paramount with Swift Wash and they would paint my truck if needed. Mike directed me to fill out an incident report for his corporate office. Today, on 08/16/22, I receive a message from Carin Falasco (Swift Wash Customer Service), stating that this matter is my fault. Carin's partial canned and dismissive message is as follows: After carefully reviewing your claim and the investigation performed by our on-site manager, we have determined that the damage you reported from the gate on August 11th was not our fault. In the attached video it is clear that you are too far over in the exit lane, which resulted in the gate hitting your vehicle when it came down. As for the hydraulic fluid, this was all removed from your vehicle the same day and didn't cause any damage. read more

WARNING if your vehicle is 10 years or older and damage is caused while going thru the car wash they will not repair it. Took my car here for the first time was really excited to get it cleaned until halfway through the wash my driver side mirror was snapped back by the spinner that gets the sides of the car. After the car wash I went to find a employee and found the site manager who was very polite and helped me to fill out the claim while he took pictures of the damage. The next day I got this email response from customer service: (Thank you for letting us know about the damage to your vehicle. I am sincerely sorry for the frustration this has caused you. Your vehicle's safety is our #1 concern. I can understand how alarming it must have been to go to the carwash only to notice this damage afterwards. Your vehicle is a large investment, and I know that any damage is upsetting. Caring for its safety is a privilege that everyone at Swift Wash takes very seriously. We are committed to a fair resolution for every customer, and we uphold a strict policy of closely investigating each claim. Yours has been no exception. After carefully reviewing your claim and the investigation performed by our on-site manager, we have determined that the damage you reported on January 11th is not consistent with damage caused by our wash process. * Our on site manager personally verified that all of our equipment and soft-cloth technology was in top operating condition at the time of your vehicle's wash. * When our equipment is at fault, damage appears in specific shapes, locations, and patterns that correspond to the particular movement of each component. Your claim does not present this type of damage. * Similarly, when our equipment is at fault, damage occurs on multiple vehicles. This was not the case at the time of your incident. * Additionally, it is clearly stated on our disclaimer signage at the wash entrance that we do not cover damage to vehicles over 10 years old or more than 100,000 miles. I know this is not what you want to hear. I apologize. You are a highly valued customer at Swift Wash, and we genuinely appreciate the confidence you've placed in us in the past.) My response was if you have cameras you can see I went in the car wash without damage and came out with damage. This was the response I got: I understand your frustration, but we stand by our decision. Our wash functioned properly during your visit and it is our policy to not cover damage to vehicles over 10 years old or 100,000 miles due to the amount of wear and tear the vehicle has endured over its lifetime that could have contributed to the damage. We advertise this clearly on signage at the front of the wash and you chose to enter the wash at your own risk at that point. So basically just be aware and informed. I have gone through multiple car washes at different locations and have never had damage in much older vehicles then the one I had here. read more

To all, please read the response . I actually thought the car was was fine but had some issues with the way the staff dealt with my cancellation for a different issue so just wanted to throw the 1 star out there. Not fair to bring up the particular issue as others may or may not be as passionate about it as me. Just I thought the cancel email reply was disrespectful after I feel I was careful not to be disrespectful. They kinda threw my concerns back in my face and it's always kinda bothered me. This is just a PSA about car wash etiquette: if you're not a club member - don't use the club member line. If you have a pickup truck - empty the bed of all contents including snow otherwise you're an A-hole to the person behind you. And it's a pandemic, if you have the window sticker, the censor catches it, you don't have to touch the screen, you can just pull up - it will read the chip, and open the gate. K thnx bye read more

For some reason, my hungrier half is very particular about where and how his car is lathered & loved. Swift Wash is a great car wash, always getting our cars sparkling clean as long as you don't mind a wet car at the end of the tunnel. For some reason their blowers do not get your car all the way dry. If you desire a dryer car, you can always do it yourself at their drying/vacuuming stalls. If you're planning on making a habit of bathing your ride, you should really look into their monthly subscription. For $10, you can go through the car wash as many times as your hear desires. The RFID tag for your membership only works half the time if you're lucky, but there's almost always an attendant at the kiosk who's happy to push the buttons for you. The biggest downside to this car wash is that they're only open til 6, which severely limits the ability to clean your car if you work at a job with any sort of commute. Overall though, Swift Wash gets the job done and at a great price. read more

*Update* I cancelled my membership as my vehicle showed a few good scratches and scuff's after a wash. This is to be expected when using a car wash service like this as the cars ahead of you will have debris coming off of them and then they might rub into your car. Hence why they don't let you in with excessive dirt on your car. I detail cars so Its nothing I cant take care of but at the end of the day its extra work for me so I cancelled. I will do a full detail to my car and only use touch-less washes. For anybody looking for a cheap local detailer, message me as I detail for about 50-70% of what the business' do and I do a better job. read more

UPDATED REVIEW: brought up this wash another star! Under new management they really stepped it up and renovated! Things look new and shiny! There's typically a staff member who comes to the pay station to make sure you press the things you want. There's also someone right where you enter to lead you into to the wash correctly. Fun lighting throughout the wash and a garage door that opens and closes when you enter and leave the wash! Very clean too and the place has been fully repainted. Looks like somewhere you can get your car washed frequently! I would give this place a 5 star but they are raising the club membership to 15 dollars a month when I was paying 9.99. I understand now that club members are going to get the premium wash but being subjected to a raise in price sucks a little because I would be ok with having the basic wash membership! I appreciate new management reaching out! It's been a great experience since the change. OLD REVIEW: Standard car wash overall! I have a monthly membership here and I tend to go at least every week. I understand Swift wash is under new management and I'll probably update this review after tomorrow. They were closed today for remodeling I believe. So the carwash overall cleans my car completely fine. I'm hoping that with the remodeling they will fix the sensor that picks up how I am a member. The pay area to enter the car wash has 2 pay stations and the one on the left sucks. And the staff is really inattentive sometimes. I'm excited for the remodeling to see how they're going to change it up. Once you exit the car wash there is a vacuuming station and I've never had a problem using those. It seems like there's always parking space available to be able to use the vacuums. Everything works here but the place looks run down and the pay stations are finicky. The staff sometimes runs out forgetting to realize customers are here. Place just looks a little dirty. I don't have a problem going here though! There's never any long lines and it's quick in and out which I appreciate. read more

I've got a memebership with this establishment. I went there on 08/23/2022, I believe and there was a line. A guy came to my car and said there was a wait, due to an issue inside. We waited a minute and went on in. I had no issues with my car, ie (paint, chips, nothing). A day later I noticed some paint was scratched off of my car in two different parts of my car. It was VERY noticeable. You can tell that it was from the circle scrubbers at the car wash. I reached out to them, and they determined that they were not at fault! I will definitely be closing me and my wife's monthly membership. This is ridiculous! read more
