They did an amazing job and were extremely responsive when I needed to adjust my drop off and pick up times. The brushes/rollers did good at removing all the dirt although one did move my driver side mirror. No damage done. The dryer also did a good job at removing all the water to avoid any water spots. Well done. When you first pull in, they also spray the front and rear of the vehicle. I do wish they had another line for customers who are "pay per use". There was about 5 cars in line when I pulled up and the line was just moving a little slower than expected. There is an attendant for "pay per use" line to help you and collect payment.

The first terrible interaction was with the first worker rudely snatched the card with all of the car washes out of my husband's hand all while mumbling. If you actually care about your vehicles paint and the condition after being detailed then i highly recommend to avoid. My car is black and i noticed several high swirls in the paint from there drying towels. Also my wheels were poorly cleaned, they had left over combined wheel cleaner and brake dust that would not come off after drying on. Moral of the story is the $30+ dollar car was cost me a $200 dollar professional exterior buff and wheel polish to get my vehicle looking good again.

Are you kidding me, only 2 reviews? I'm sorry it took me so long to support this local business…read more These guys are the best of the best. The level of detail on the cleaning is top notch, as they get every nook and cranny, pocket, drawer, under, over, you name it. We come here several times a year for our minivan, as it can get messy with three kids, sports, activities, and road trips. We have the nice WeatherTech floor mats throughout and they clean those too! During the winter, when the clean out the car and we let them know we're on the way to pick it up, they will let the engine run to get the car warm for us. We were also borrowing a relative's car while we were looking for a new vehicle. It was an Acura MDX that had a faulty trunk release. We even took it to the shop to see if they could fix it and they said it would cost over $300. When we brought the Acura to Expert Hand Car Wash, we let them know that the trunk wouldn't open, so don't worry about cleaning it. The owner said that they could get it open and it wouldn't cost extra. Sure enough, when we came to pick it up, it was completely fixed! No extra charge! We've had our cars detailed at other local shops and the pricing here is comparable if not less expensive... but for the service and the quality, it's worth every penny coming here. We also tend to tip generously because we are always impressed with the quality and speed.

My mom called me couple days ago and said she will be dropping her car off to get detailed. First thing I asked how you were able to get an appointment because there is no one at the desk ever. She said she went and waited and waiting and saw the phone number that was listed there. She called the number and scheduled an appointment (she is scheduling an appoint to get her car detailed on the phone while standing at the facility). Next day when she drove all the way from Woodstock to drop off her car at 11:30 am the lady said to my mom, I'm not sure who give you the appointment we have 5 car scheduled today and we can't detail the car and bring it tomorrow. My mom said ok and brought the car in next day. When she was at the desk lady told her make sure you tip the worker because they get paid $6/hr. Charged my mom $200 for the service while paying her workers only $6/hr. When my mom went to pick up her car lady would not give my mom her car keys back until she tipped. My mom don't mind tipping if she received the service she deserved and didn't have to drive twice all the way from Woodstock. When my mom when inspecting the car she noticed one of the floor mat was missing. When she asked when is the mat lady screamed saying since you didn't tip well I don't care where the mat is find it your self. These guys shouldn't be in business. Charged my mom $200 to do full detail while paying $6/hr to staff and refused to give her car keys back until she tipped. When my mom drop off the car lady said you BETTER TIP at least $30 or more She would've tipped a lot if this Asian lady wasn't rude and obnoxious.
