I went to the dealership and was told I would have to have my vehicle towed there in order for them to help. I imagined a $500-1000 service bill has I done that so w went to Yelp. In desperation I began calling all local locksmiths who advertised automotive. I do want to say that most were operating a limited staff because of the Covid thing, so maybe they were just covered up. The first who called back said it would be over a week before they could come out. Too long, next? Then Chue called from Locksmith Disciples and said "yes, I can do it at the vehicle. " Music to my ears. That was about 1PM, and Chue said he would meet me about 7PM. Good enough for me! I met Chue, who is a young, hard working family guy making his way through life. A great attitude and I enjoyed meeting him. Chue is the guy you want to call - period!!! PS. While Chue was repairing my car, I did receive a call from Quick Key, about 6 hours after I called them. Not quick enough - call Chue!!!

I had to install a smart lock Schlage along with a Camelot finish door knob, which I asked him on the call about, and he got me an appointment impromptu at the very last minute. Mike and Matt arrived on time and got started right away. They hadn't done many of these smart locks before, but Mike had pretty good knowledge of the locks and its operation. They took a quick pick at the installation guide and got everything settled up in about 30 minutes. They were both friendly and helped explain what the parts were and how to maintain these for longer better use. They did have to drill a small hole for the knob, which they did very elegantly. Thanks to a couple of tips from Mike and Matt, I think I can do my own drilling now to hang some paintings. I really appreciate their professionalism and adjusting me last minute in their schedule. Totally recommended. The pricing is pretty decent as well, so all in all a very good deal.

I called several locksmiths around the Twin Cities, none of them wanted to work on the vehicle because of the complexity of Audi's RFID anti-theft system. The dealership quoted me over $1,000 and said the process would take three days. I came across Stellar Keys. Mohamed returned my call within just a few minutes and listened carefully as I explained my situation. Without hesitation, he told me the company provedes this service and he has the Know-How to do the job as long as I had a working master key and he could order the correct key fob matched to my vehicle's VIN and RFID frequency. I was initially skeptical because his price was significantly lower than the dealership's. I had done extensive research and understood the complexity involved in adding and programming an additional key for an Audi Q5, especially one that needed to work with the factory remote starter. I decided to give him a chance, and Mohamed proved that both he and his company are among the best in the Twin Cities. During the process, he encountered a minor issue with the BCM because there was an additional key assigned to the vehicle that was apparently hidden somewhere in the car. As a result, my vehicle had to stay overnight at his shop. Throughout the entire process, communication was punctual, accurate, and transparent. Even when the unexpected issue arose, Mohamed made me feel confident in both the service and the quality of his workmanship. He went above and beyond by even offering me a rental car for the day. In the end, I'm very glad I trusted Stellar Keys and Mohamed. All of the keys work flawlessly and consistently. I would definitely recommend Haji's Locksmith to anyone needing key programming or locksmith services for high-end European vehicles.

I called at 10:25 asking if they were still on their way and he said I heard him wrong and they'd be here in another 15 mins. It was probably 10:50 when they showed up (reasonable for it being 10pm on a Friday, but way after the original time he had stated ) I asked multiple times for a price estimate before they got here and he finally told me $120 "depending on the lock" but ended up wanting another $20 for gas. After showing up, it took about 1 second to get our door unlocked and we paid him (made sure to pay with cash because I felt a little uneasy about the situation and wanted it to be over with) and we went inside to go to bed. He then called my phone from our driveway asking me to give him a 5 star rating on Google. I said I'd do it but he apparently wanted to watch to ensure I did it right. He made sure I filled out the Google review exactly to his satisfaction telling me the answers to their questions and made sure I clicked 5 stars lol. No wonder their Google rating is way higher than other sites ratings of them. Short review: Kind of sketchy, but they got the job done ‍

We were initially quoted $125 for a service, but by the end, we were charged $385 -- over three times the original quote. Throughout the process, the individual repeatedly said he needed to "check with the office" for approvals or clarifications. We later discovered there is no office -- the "office" was actually just his wife, which felt very misleading. Unmarked vehicle, fake name of David of given. He only accepted payment via Venmo, which is much harder to dispute than a credit card. We also never received a proper invoice or a breakdown of charges -- just a vague text message. When we questioned the extra charges, he claimed via text that he had refunded the overage, but we never received the money and he stopped responding. We regret doing business with him and strongly advise others to proceed with caution. Lack of transparency, poor communication, and deceptive practices are major red flags.
