Unfortunately, they were not competent enough to keep the documents about the contract so I lost a substantial amount of money because they couldn't find the paperwork. The insurance company claimed I didn't have a contract to teach, and their office couldn't contest the claim with proper proof. Never trust them with your lawsuit. You have better odds with any other law office you find.

All while charging EXORBITANT fees beyond what was agreed to. Whenever we caught them in a mistake, they would make excuses, blaming the state, or us, or "we never got that password." According to the state a significant amount of the paperwork they filed for us was incorrect and we owe a lot of money. The state also said that the company could have gained access to everything they said they "couldn't do" with one phone call to them. Fraud? Incompetence? You decide. Just stay far away if you need a bookkeeper.
