Steer clear from this man and his law firm, he is a crook and he belongs in prison for abusing innocent people who are simply trying to seek justice. Well, this is quit a sad reality here. I live in south lake Tahoe California. My mother passed away…read morein February 2023 and she had 8 lots in Klamath county Oregon. She passed at 73 from cancer they gave her 6 months to live, and she was dead in 1 month. so, she had bare land in state of Oregon total of 8 property. No will and me and my sister and I was personal Representative for her main estate in California, so this was straight bare land just needed to legally change the deed names to me and my sister after we sold 3 of the 8. we'll all was well and good until 11/8/2025 when I told James I sold all they could get to sell and that we needed to pull the rest of market do the accounting and request a set aside for the 5 properties. well as I said this was 11/8/2024well this is when the nightmare began. I had given him the numbers over the phone, and he was supposed drawn up documents then have me DocuSign while request for the remaining ones to be set asides for me and my sister and that I had been diagnosed with cancer April 28, 2024, they did back-to-back surgeries and couldn't get all the cancer and as of 11/8/2024 I was stepping down from the California probate needed to close everything up quick as possible and get treatment. well, that's when at that point I called no answers, and e mailed him get this 11/14/2024 11/15/2024 11/16/2024 11/18/2024 along with multiple calls then e mails 2/9/2025 at this point months had gone by while I was extremely sick and him never of filed the accounting or the set aside requests he tried to act like we were a step behind that ever happening and I just what ever let it slide let's just do it now because the deadline was approaching gave him all the info doc signed and him to of filed it well 2/18/2025 2/19/2025 2/21/2025 me also calling him telling him we got to not miss the deadline since he had already once and they were going to remove me as the representative well he missed deadline and I got letter from court saying such and he was supposed to of filed it nope didn't so 3/9/2025 was the second time we did the accounting since he changed the one he was supposed to already of filed 3/17/2025 another e mail then I received letter from court he missed the dam date they wanted us to appear in person and where going to remove me as the representative so e mail 3/25/2025 asking wtf heres proof he hadn't been doing his job like he told me he had. that I couldn't show up in person he knew this he said he would call them file it see if they just will except it and that they do that sometimes so obviously he makes a habit of it this. so, at that point it went to phone calls lots of missed calls then I'd catch him finally and he said they excepted and now we waited for the response. now when you drop the ball like that, he should have been blowing my phone up or e- mailed me proof of filing and response nope sure didn't but ever answered said take about month for response and at that point I got dollar amount for his fee's etc. to send cashier's checks which I did well then it took me until 5/22/2025 to of finally of got him to answer phone again and tell me they had excepted it that it's all done and that he just needed to go do the deed transfers and I asked him if he could send me the court order he said yes nope never got e mail and was going to California court Friday 5/23/2025 so I'm texting him saying never got the e mail and needed the court order for court he ever sent anything and I thanked him thinking it was it nope it's something form way before that so I lost my mind at this point emailed called text nothing finally was able to look up case from court see if he hadn't just ran off with money and never eve really filed well may 1st is when he got the final but case is still opened and here it is month later and the quack not of done his job yet and i still sit here with cancer there not able to get with this yahoo dicking me around never return my calls e mails or giving me any of the legal paperwork from the court and at this point his word is no good and today is 5/24/2025 7 am and im thinking he is suicidal or something fucking with a dying womans shit trying to get me to take him with me well happy memorial day weekend
