I was referred here by my chiropractor post a car accident that gave me bulge disc in the L5 - S1 area. I did not know what to expect as it was my first time dealing with a car accident like this one and also first time ever dealing with a lawyer. I like the way Todd handles things he is very straight forward and doesn't drag you around if he calls you its to tell you something and he's off the phone after that, witch to me showed a high level of professionalism. I didn't get what I wanted in the end to fix my back I have to deal with it for the rest of my life, but what I did get was a ton of help with paper work, working with other lawyers, droping off important papers to judges, talking to diffrent health care providers, all that stressful and most likely hard stuff to do was all handled by them. At age 25 there's no way i would have been able to get any compensation for my back because I would have not even known where to start what judge to call of where to get my paperwork sometimes we think paying a lawyer is a waste of me i say your paying the lawyer for that extra knoledge you dont have. at the end i took more then 10k home recieved more then 60k and faught for 125k numbers i would ever think that are possible. and not to mention todd also called and talk to child support for me to get some behind payments paid that allowed me to get my lisence back and passport, im more then grateful for all of Todd's help. I got into an accident with a woman who rear-ended me on the freeway when I was at a complete stop. It was obviously her fault so it should have been an easy win. I had a contract to teach English overseas which I could not do because of the accident. I gave them all of the information, and should have been compensated appropriately for the loss of the job. Unfortunately, they were not competent enough to keep the documents about the contract so I lost a substantial amount of money because they couldn't find the paperwork. The insurance company claimed I didn't have a contract to teach, and their office couldn't contest the claim with proper proof. Never trust them with your lawsuit. My wife and I went to this Law office because my wife suffered a permanent facial scar from an accident that occurred at a major hotel/restaurant chain. We were told that we had a good chance of getting compensation for the accident. After signing paperwork with the lawyer, and going over the details of what would happen, I.E. letters, asking price, court procedures, we were happy and confident that the law office would get the job handled. After six months or so, not a word from the office, so we called to see what was going on. They said that they were going to draft a letter to the Hotel... (wait, what? They hadn't done that already?) so we waited again... sent pictures of the accident and my wife's face, everything they asked. After another 5 months or so, my wife emailed to find out what was going on, no response. So we waited another 2 months and I emailed... no response. So I called the office to find out what was going on and finally got a reply a few days later. They said that they hadn't heard back from the hotel, so they didn't think it was worth going to court. What?! That's a year of our time gone! We could have found someone else if they would have told us this in the first place! no the accident is over two years old and we are starting over...
