Very professional and honest. Sam managed the details of this case, gave me the opportunity to sit in on the defendant's deposition which was very enlightening. Then it was my turn for a deposition. Sam was much more prepared for this meeting than the defendant's team. Calm, respectful yet determined to get needed information from the defendant. He possesses good communication, analytical, people, listening, and negotiation skills. I learned it would have been a much easier case had I immediately sought care from a regular medical doctor (MD) in the beginning instead of just going to Chiropractic, acupuncture, and massage therapy. I didn't know any better. It was never suggested to me to get checked by a Medical Doctor until I spoke to Rizk Law. I am not sure if I would have had better relief from the pain and suffering I experienced by taking a different medical route. With more education on this matter, hindsight is 20/20. Bottom line and in the end, the defendant rear ended me and I received two favorable settlements: the first from the defendant's insurance, then from my own insurance. I definitely would recommend this Firm.

He took the time to explain everything clearly, worked with my budget, and made a stressful process feel manageable. He delivered on everything he said he would and succeeded in every outcome I was hoping for. His pricing was very reasonable, and I never felt pressured or judged--only supported. I truly couldn't have asked for anyone better, and I'm extremely grateful for his time, expertise, and dedication. If you're looking for someone who will actually work with you and have your back, Scot Elliot is the attorney to call. Five stars without hesitation.

He helped me with a business contract that I was very nervous about signing, and it helped tremendously that he carefully explained all aspects of the situation and my legal rights and responsibilities to me. I was impressed with his knowledge, and the way that he took all my questions and fears seriously, answering each concern thoughtfully rather than being dismissive. Some time after that, I recommended him to a friend who was going through bankruptcy and wasn't happy with the lawyer she'd been to already. She switched to Scot, and was very happy that she did. Her bankruptcy went through fine with Scot's help. I ended up recommending Scot to a second friend this year who needed help with a landlord/tenant issue. After going to another lawyer who laughed my friend out of the office, basically telling him nobody cared about his legal issue, I suggested he go see Scot. Scot took my friend's case seriously, and was able to help my friend and the involved party reach a compromise without having to go to court. Scot is very kind, intelligent, and thorough. He is, I believe, one of those genuinely good people in the world, of which there are too few.

I did not know what to expect as it was my first time dealing with a car accident like this one and also first time ever dealing with a lawyer. I like the way Todd handles things he is very straight forward and doesn't drag you around if he calls you its to tell you something and he's off the phone after that, witch to me showed a high level of professionalism. I didn't get what I wanted in the end to fix my back I have to deal with it for the rest of my life, but what I did get was a ton of help with paper work, working with other lawyers, droping off important papers to judges, talking to diffrent health care providers, all that stressful and most likely hard stuff to do was all handled by them. At age 25 there's no way i would have been able to get any compensation for my back because I would have not even known where to start what judge to call of where to get my paperwork sometimes we think paying a lawyer is a waste of me i say your paying the lawyer for that extra knoledge you dont have. at the end i took more then 10k home recieved more then 60k and faught for 125k numbers i would ever think that are possible. and not to mention todd also called and talk to child support for me to get some behind payments paid that allowed me to get my lisence back and passport, im more then grateful for all of Todd's help. Yeah i may still have a bad back but the case is over and i got some money i was not going to get elsewhere i can work on my back and i use my hurt back everyday now as fuel for everyday things because im not going to let it beat me !

I had a contract to teach English overseas which I could not do because of the accident. I gave them all of the information, and should have been compensated appropriately for the loss of the job. The insurance company claimed I didn't have a contract to teach, and their office couldn't contest the claim with proper proof. Never trust them with your lawsuit. Eventually, we were forced to change strategies, and attorneys. We had sought a second opinion on our case from Nathan Holtey, who came recommended to us, and that one hour conversation was enough to convince us that he and his team were up to the task. When the aforementioned change of representation occurred, Nathan was personally unavailable for our case, but recommended the absolutely stellar, professional and personable Allison Kamilos. Allison immediately picked up the slack, leaping in to the middle of the previous attorney's clusterf**k, managing to turn everything around and help us navigate the final steps of our custody battle, despite an absurdly tight schedule before the final deadline. Allison communicated clearly, openly and honestly, listening to our concerns, offering feedback and advice (something our previous attorney failed to do), and making one of the most stressful and frustrating times in our lives navigable, bearable, and affordable. I cannot recommend the services of Holtey Law, and Allison in particular, any higher. If ever the situation arises again, where we are in need of an attorney (and I pray that day never comes), I will look nowhere else for legal representation. Case closed.
