I was ecstatic, I thought my search for an attorney was finally over! Unfortunately, I never heard from him again. I sent a follow-up email to the general business, I called, and got nothing. No response. My friend who had referred me, gave me his specific email - nothing. I called one last time and got the attorney my friend was using only to find out he wasn't the one I'd spoken with (I had conversed with several attorneys and had not written his name down as all others had sent follow up paperwork & I had assumed this would go the same way)....... anyway, I spoke with my friend's attorney & asked him if he could speak with the attorney I'd spoken to because I wanted to hire him or would have to go with someone else due to time constraints. I never received a call back. I guess what I'd like to say is that if they couldn't have taken me on as a client I never should had been offered a consultation (which I paid for btw & believe I should be refunded for). Perhaps they were not comfortable taking on a domestic partnership case? I don't know, but It would have been nice to have been offered an explanation as to why no one ever got back to me, or as to why you would offer someone a consultation and sound so positive about representing someone and then never bother to respond again? Based on the information and confidence he provided during that initial phone call, we decided to move forward with him. Unfortunately, we were led on for nearly two years before going to trial. Throughout that time, Jeff repeatedly told us that we would "get something" from the case. He continued contacting us by phone and email asking for additional information about the situation, and we continued being billed for his time. Nearly a year after the lawsuit began, we met with him once to go over what to expect with the arbitration process. As someone with no prior experience suing anyone or dealing with attorneys, I relied heavily on my attorney to properly prepare and guide us. Unfortunately, that meeting left me with even more questions and did not make me feel prepared for what was ahead. Jeff then sent a junior attorney to handle the arbitration. In our experience, she appeared inexperienced and unprofessional. She essentially sat in the room with us during the arbitration, and we were billed for her time and presence, which was very concerning to us. After nearly two years of legal bills, we finally went to trial. Unfortunately, Jeff did not appear prepared or knowledgeable about our case. During the trial, he stumbled through his presentation and became frustrated. At one point, the judge even told him that he was repeating himself. On the second day of trial, the judge issued a directed verdict, meaning the judge ruled in favor of the other side because our side had not presented enough evidence to support our claim. The outcome was extremely devastating, especially after being told at the beginning that we had a "strong case." After nearly two years, substantial legal fees, stress, and time invested in this case, we were left feeling that we had not received the preparation, guidance, or representation we expected from our attorney. In the end, we walked away with absolutely nothing--except huge legal bills. I am sharing our experience because potential clients deserve to hear what our experience was like before deciding whether to hire Jeff Frasier. Based on our experience, we do not recommend him.

I heard good things about this firm from a friend of mine who had speeding tickets fought by them before. I heard stories of his sentences being greatly reduced and I was intrigued. Submissively, I paid them the $600 up front. I explained my case to Emily, who was my attorney. We agreed to attempt to reduce the mph caught from 102mph, to 99mph in hopes of reducing my fine (because it would be under 100mph) and expunge the risk of potential license suspension. - that was all I wanted. The court date came up, and Emily informed me that I didn't have to attend even though I was planning to. (I have never been to court before) Mid-court session, I find to have Emily texting me that the judge wasn't looking to budge on my case. She texted me asking "good things" or "responsible things" about me that she could tell the judge. I couldn't believe it.. She asked me if I left the group of friends that were with me as if that would change my behavior. SHE THEN ASKED ME IF I SOLD THE CAR. Smh The court date was postponed since I wasn't there. A few months later, we go back to court and I join her there. She was practically late. I spoke with the deputy who pulled me over, and her outside the courtroom before it began. She attempted to side hug me while talking to the deputy of "how much a good man" I am. I was honestly more annoyed of how the case went rather the result. I feel like I was just targeted as an easy client, and seen as childish and quick way to make money. If I knew this was how it was going to go, I would've made a better case myself. I chose him as my attorney after being the victim of a car accident resulting from road rage of the driver how rear ended me. I thought since i was the not-at-fault driver that I wouldn't need an attorney because it was pretty straight forward. Quickly I learned quite the opposite. Within about a week of reporting the accident I was sent tons of mail from Geico asking me to fill out a ton of information (keep in mind I'm trying to recover from a severe accident with horrible whiplash and other painful injuries including ptsd). I couldn't even believe the overwhelming amount of paperwork they wanted me to read and handle so I immediately called Keith and told him I would love for him to help me. He took over everything and basically told me I didn't have to lift a finger and he would contact me immediately if I need to know anything. My situation ended up being tricky seeing that I have the worst insurance company out there and the other driver also had Geico. This resulted in Geico not wanting to spend money helping me recover. Keith walked me through the entire process of how Geico deals with these things and what they will likely do (based off of past clients and many other business colleagues who deal with Geico insurance). Long story short, (since there would be so much to explain about why) After tons of questions, Keith giving me plenty of his time through back and forth e-mails, and a few phone calls likely ranging from 20-60 minutes my husband and I decided we just didn't want to deal with nasty Geico and I just wanted to move on with my life and try to put all the accident stuff behind me if possible. We chose to accept the unfair settlement from Geico and move on with life.
