Chenoweth Law Group files lawsuits against their clients to recover unpaid attorney fees, knowing that it was not ethically justifiable. They don't care when their client runs out of money, and will quit representation and move forward to secure a judgement. If you have assets, they will go after them. They fail to find a balance point between risk and expense and the likelihood of success before filing suit, and will win at whatever cost. It is my opinion there were pitfalls in the client lawyer relationship and lack of communication. It is my opinion that I strongly DO NOT recommend this firm. read more

Toby Borst referred me to do real estate business with associates of his, without disclosing their criminal past of federal charges of aggravated theft.
