They did not know we needed exhibits attached to QDRO's and did not know we needed to fill out form for exhibit. Aggressive billing invoicing and adds 3% fee to credit card charges which is expense they can write off on taxes. Played us dumb in terms of knowledge and this cost us extra.

She did not acknowledge their feelings while in her presence. They came home more confused after each visit and she was supposed to be representing their interests! This woman particularly ignored our daughter's emails (2 emails) even after encouraging our daughter to email her if she had further thoughts or concerns. We understood she was hired to represent our children, but she took a strong dislike to all men in the room, especially my husband. He is, and has been the children's sole provider, works full time serving the community, goes to school, and coaches the kids' sports. She never asked to speak with me, as their step-mother who cares for them day in and out, after promising the kids and my husband that she would. Although she took a strong dislike and nasty demeanor in this case towards the plaintiffs, we feel very lucky that there was a mostly amicable agreement - despite her nasty nature. Most importantly the children are safe and happy which is what truly matters. She came across as wanting to do as little as possible to make a buck. I work, very amicably, with attorneys day in and day out in my profession (as does my husband), but there was no working with this one. I would give zero stars if I could.
