They also lied about things that "needed" to be replaced to the car and even told me my engine was leaking oil to the point of empty and i need oil now but no was not leaking at all. They tried to push as many fees on me as possible in ways that sounded mandatory as well as to the customers that walked in while i was there. Mechanic wouldn't even come speak to me about what is questionably wrong with my vehicle even though i paid diagnostics fee for that reason.

The heat is an unbeatable force we all deal with living here...if you don't know just ask around. I drive a black car with black leather seats and until recently...without the assistance of an a.c. My compressor was toast...the drier and condenser also had bit the dust...and to top it off....my a.c. system was insanely overcharged. It blew air hotter than a Texas wildfire. Not anymore. After talking with Pete and getting my parts lined out and figuring out an estimate...they began. And am I ever glad that they did. Now the a.c. is blowing wonderful coldl air and my family and I can enjoy riding together again. And...once again...i couldn't have found it for a better price. These guys are the real deal. Stop paying these corporate houses and support your local mechanics!! They are the best! They are the unsung heroes that let us live our lives on our time and how we deserve!

I am giving a big shout out for sales consultant Mr. Jon Fox of Johnson Brothers Ford in Temple,…read moreTexas. He went above and beyond the call of duty in the purchase and delivery of my new Ford F-150. In showing me the truck I was interested in and in discussing the proposed deal, he was very patient and thorough. Upon delivery, he had filled the tank with gas and then demonstrated all the features of the truck that were new to me. Further, he transferred my personal key ring and key-fob protective skin from my old truck key to my new one. Plus, he moved my Texas license plates and rear plate frame to my new truck. Beyond that, he himself transferred my locking lug nuts to my new truck. I submit to you that only a salesman who truly cares about his customers would do all those tasks. For the next time I am in the market for a vehicle, he has made me a repeat customer of his and his dealership.
