The one issue I had that was not pleasant was a refusal to equate my check with cash in payment and the instance on actual greenbacks only, which I found to be off-putting, having always, in my lifetime, had "cash or check" as a familiar phrase both in business and personally. Oh well, things change over time I suppose. That aside, I think the overall experience warrants my five stars.

I so wanted to browse and check out every little corner but with little ones in tow maybe some other time. Beelined to the paint shelf, debated on a few colors... so many pretty ones to choose from. I also had the kids picked out their fav colors in sample size cans to paint our next project. Brought home 4 different colors, a few brushes, clear wax finish and a paint roller. Annie Sloan is not cheap... I def splurged. The owner was so sweet, gave me an impromptu class on chalk paint 101. Said to give her a call if I have any questions. Can't wait to build my paint color collection.

Your team even went the extra step of offering 50% color saturation for one of the colors in order to save us some money which we opted not to do. Why should we when your printings are so competitively priced? The final product was flawlessly done exactly as we had wanted them and the quality and color saturation was just as it should be. When I went to pick up the order, it was carried out to my car for me, I believe, by the owner himself! Not surprising since his company's quality of work and excellent customer service attest to his being a hands-on and conscientious owner. There had been a change in my original order and therefor a slight glitch in our favor on the final invoice. When we called to let you know, Amber rectified the oversight over our expectations quickly and gracefully. It's a much smaller shop than Four Purls but a really nice store. They carry more upscale yarns and I found yarns I've heard of but never seen or felt. They had the yarn I was looking for and I bought it, along with a few other selections (who can resist?). A great store. I'll visit it again the next time I'm in the area.
