I waited in line to mail my package with prepaid postage and the man at the counter was downright mean. He gruffly said, "It's not us. Go to the post office. Next." He was absolutely wrong. I went to the UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet across from the hospital (Pinebrook and Laurel Rd) and they kindly accepted the package. I will never patronize this rude location at 1079 N. Most of the employees are fairly nice in this store except for Anthony. He is rude condescending and hateful to customers and no, I'm not a Karen. This location seems to have a lot of issues; people who can't run a fax machine, fax machine machines broke down, printers broke down, etc. etc. I've been there probably the eight times, only two times have things went well without an issue. However, with Anthony when you bring these things up, he likes to tell you go to a different store when I said to him, you probably should not be in customer service he replied "you're right, I probably shouldn't be" ( hey, at least he's aware he's a jerk) My advice, just go to a different location I will from this point on. read more

I have been coming to the Nokomis store for several years on a very regular basis. The last change of ownership has been a disaster, taking a great performing store with knowledgeable employees down to horrible inconsistent customer service. None of the previous employees are working there and I now hate going to this location to do any business. read more

If you could give a business negative stars there could not be enough to actually rate this location. Previously under different ownership this was a friendly, efficient, knowledgeable business that you were able to trust with your most prized possessions. you received a friendly greeting and the staff knew exactly how to do their jobs properly. The owner talked me into using his overnight for a ridiculous amount of money for a package I needed to have delivered. Instead, apparently it was handed off to USPS and came 3 days later. What's the point of going to a UPS store if they use USPS and can't get your package there on time? Not to mention when asked the owner became aggressive and rude and telling me he explained all of this to me. The best option would have been to save myself $229 and go to USPS myself. read more

I am happy to highly recommend this particular UPS store. Because I previously frequented another UPS store for work work, I assumed this store could not be as good or friendly as my past UPS store. I admit I was wrong!!! These owners are very hardworking gentleman who work tirelessly everyday to serve their community of Nokomis!!! Today I printed so many pages I was contemplating what credit card I would need to use to pay for the heavy printing. Much to my surprise the charge was much lower!!! The owners are good people and I encourage you to give them your business. They deserve it. read more

This UPS Store didn't have great costumer service for me on Saturday 03/23/2024. They are new owners I was told; I have been coming here for several years, I never had a problem. The young lady that waited on me was not kind didn't smile and clearly didn't want to wait on me. Although another costumer came in after me, she greeted. I prefer not to provide my thoughts on that. I understand things change post a note on your door stating you must tape your boxes; you no longer provide that service for free. I'm sure you have many returns from Amazon. I was caught by Suprise that you no longer offer this service. On my return slip it didn't state I must tape by box. The previous guys that were the owners, did a wonderful job for me. Wonderful staff who provides exceptional customer service. I've been a customer going on 5 years and have never had an issue with any item shipped from this location. This store also receives my many Amazon purchases, so I no longer need to be concerned that packages might be stolen from my home address. read more

This UPS Store lacks customer service, promptness and attention to detail. They lost my package. UPS approved a claim, but since I sent it from the UPS Store, they have to initiate the claim so I can get paid. Apparently only the Manager can initiate this claim, which seems weird. Maybe they should take a few customer service classes from Nordstrom. I have left messages 4 days in a row and still no call from the manager. I have threatened to file a complaint with the BBB and will file on Monday. I don't think this store will care about a zero star review. Very sad and frustrating. Butler read more

I've been a customer at this location for around 5 yrs now. Can't say enough GOOD THINGS about the staff!! Friendly, Efficent, Great Service all Round. I return all my Amazon products with them. They just scan code on ph & your done. On the rare occasion something goes wrong they've gone beyond the call of duty to help! I have many returns (shop on Amazon alot,lol!) so I've become a "Regular" at this store & chat with owners (if store isn't Busy. Rarely is this the case). Do not use this store if you need to have a package delivered on time. I paid $41 to have a letter delivered by end of day on Wednesday. UPS did not deliver it on Wednesday as promised. On Thursday they attempted to deliver the letter but they said the office was closed so they would try again on Friday. I called up UPS and said they had to deliver the letter by Thursday and they needed to try again. They said they couldn't. I then called up the UPS store and spoke to the manager and begged him for his help to call the hotline to ask for his help to get it delivered. He said he would. When I called back to ask for the status he said he had other things to do and would get to it later and hung up on me. I was very disappointed in the customer service from this store. If I paid $41 for next day delivery, I expected UPS to deliver it next day. If not, I expected them to at least be a little concerned. Next time I will just buy a stamp and use the Postal Service. Do not use this store. read more
