I…read moreinitially saw one of there wrapped vehicles in traffic one day and decided to check them out online. I typically like referrals when it comes to work on my home, so I was a little apprehensive about calling them, without knowing someone personally that they've done work for. I know some people are getting away from websites and just relying on social media and reviews, but I appreciate a good and professional online presence. I read their site to see all the services they provide and reached out. Someone responded immediately and gave me, what I thought was reasonable and was willing to pay for, a decent price. They sent out the estimate, do's and don'ts, a reminder, and the name and picture of the person coming to my home. Kudos to the owner for literally just establishing good business and good customer service, this is how it should be done. 5 stars also goes to Isaiah, who was my rep that completed my service. He did an awesome job. I had a few couple of concerning spots that now look great! Thanks Isaiah and thanks Wise Guys for the business. I will be sure to recommend to my community and HOA!

Do NOT hire this company. I'd give negative stars if I could -- terrible workmanship and even worse…read morecustomer service We hired WiseGuys to soft wash our home, primarily to remove pollen and cobwebs, and to clean pollen from our outdoor furniture. We had used them the previous year and had a good experience, so we were especially disappointed by what happened this time. The work was unacceptable. Pollen and cobwebs were left throughout the property, the glass was streaked, and our outdoor furniture was still visibly covered in pollen. I was able to wipe much of it off myself with a sponge and garden hose. The technician, Stephen, said the job should take several hours, yet about 90 minutes later he was looking for someone to sign off on it. When my husband pointed out the numerous areas that had not been cleaned, Stephen became aggressive and argumentative rather than addressing the deficiencies. I ultimately asked him to leave. More concerning, we specifically instructed him to protect our electrical components and outdoor heaters from water. Despite that, he sprayed water directly into interior electrical outlets on our covered/screened porch and onto outdoor heaters. The job also resulted in property damage. A porch screen was torn, my dress was damaged during the interaction, and there was discoloration/bleach spotting on stained outdoor cabinetry. There is also significant etching/pitting in our new concrete that becomes clearly visible when the surface is wet. I have photographs documenting all of this. I provided WiseGuys with 32 photographs immediately after the service and another 71 photographs when requested. I was initially told I would receive a response within 24 hours. Instead, I spent weeks following up and eventually dealt with Levi in operations. In an effort to reach a reasonable resolution, we agreed not to seek reimbursement for the damaged/stained wood (or the concrete which I didn't even mention b/c at that time it hadn't rained so we hadn't seen that damage). We asked only that they address the torn screen and damaged dress and arrange an electrician to inspect the outlets and heaters that had been sprayed. Levi initially said WiseGuys had an electrician they worked with and would arrange the inspection. They later offered $350 for the screen and dress -- but then backed away from their commitment to send an electrician. Levi also promised written documentation of their offer, which I never received. I ultimately escalated the matter directly to the owner, Wesley Bloeme. I sent him a detailed packet containing the timeline and photographs and gave him an opportunity to respond. I also followed up with Levi regarding the promised documentation.Neither responded. That is ultimately what is most disappointing. Mistakes can happen. Poor workmanship can happen. What matters is how a company responds when a customer brings a serious problem to its attention. After months of follow-ups, extensive documentation, and multiple opportunities to resolve this privately, WiseGuys chose not to meaningfully address the situation -- and ultimately stopped responding altogether. Their website promotes "100% Customer Satisfaction," "Fast Response Times," and "Satisfaction Guaranteed." My experience was the exact opposite. I have photographs and documentation supporting everything described here and have attached a sampling. Look closely at the photos and ask yourself whether this is the quality of work you want to pay for. My advice: hire someone else. I would never use WiseGuys again and strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Thorough work and I appreciate the warranty to ensure nothing is missed. Lance arrived on time and worked hard to repair my unit. He was honest about the issues and what adjustments he made to address the issues we had. Highly recommend and would absolutely use them again! During the visit I told him the remote was already lighting up, so it didn't need batteries. It made NO sense to change them to begin with. While there, I asked him about fixing a loose halogen light, and he told me it was too complicated. When I explained that I had fixed them before, he then acknowledged how much I know about my fireplace, but still did not help. He just provided me a link to some glue. Nowhere during his visit did he exhibit expertise that warranted a $399 visit "for his time" (his words). After calling and emailing multiple times with absolutely no response, I texted Lance who was, it turns out, the owner, although this had never been conveyed. When we got on the phone, he was in a bad mood, called it an "f-in" (but used the real word) Monday and then proceeded to talk about how awesome he is, how much his time is worth, how many awards he has won, etc. He also said, "You are one of those people who lives in a world where you think the customer is always right, and you have no clue about the real world." He was so rude and disrespectful. My entire call with him was to understand why the invoice was $399. You can tell I'm not the first person to ever question this based on his response. I would NEVER use this company again. His work is overpriced, I'm not convinced he understands fireplaces since he changed batteries in a remote that was clearly working, communication is terrible, and his fees are not clear at all. If you do get him on the phone, be prepared to hear about how awful his day is and then be prepared to be insulted. I'm hoping he takes my $399 and puts it towards anger management classes.

It is not often that you find a company that truly impresses you at every step of the process…read more Tucker's Home Services did just that for my home. Months ago I noticed two large sections of damaged gutters that when it rained, they would sag and water would completely come over the top. I called several companies and got various recommendations from others. Each was different, but Shaun Tucker (owner) really set himself apart. I met with Shaun to discuss the potential repairs, and I asked for a quote to replace all of the gutters. Shaun also politely explained to me that my gutters were the wrong size for my house and roof. I needed 6" versus 5" (builder standard), and as I was explaining the water pouring over the gutters, it suddenly was even more apparent to me. After receiving the quote and thinking about the gutter size issue, it definitely made more sense for me to replace all the gutters, and we started down that road. Granted, they are very, very busy, so the scheduled date was about 1 month out. During the next month, my wife decided to have the house painted since we would be getting new gutters. We conversed with Shaun and Misty (his wife) about timing, and we pushed it back to allow for a designer to help my wife choose colors. During this time, Shaun had his crew come out and clean the gutters since it would be a bit before they could be replaced as scheduled. The colors were finally chosen, the painter was all lined up, and the gutters were scheduled to be removed (prior to painting). A few delays happened during the painting, and Shaun rescheduled without issue. Finally, the gutter hanging day arrived. Shaun and crew spent the day on site fabricating and installing the gutters (and screens) to perfection. They cleaned everything and even spent time looking for disposed razor blades by the painters to insure my two little children were not injured. I could not have been more impressed or be happier with the choice to use Tucker's Home Services. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have any gutter services done and other home projects. Now, I am looking forward to the rain and instead of being worried about it.

I asked for confirmation of time, and was given 10am to Noon. That time frame came and went, and nobody showed, nobody called or texted that they would be late. I had to text these people several times before i even got a response. The Response? I was told they came by and saw that my gutters were over full and too wet and thus they skip those houses, as a result. Well 1.) Nobody came by my house that day and 2.) The gutters were not over-full or wet. They just needed to be cleaned. I see other reviews where these folks just tend to blow off their customers, so I would not recommend wasting your time with Tucker's Home Services. THey don't even own up to their scheduling mistakes and then they try to cover it up with some made up excuse.

After looking at several local siding companies to do our siding and gutters we decided to go with…read moreSiding Depot based on their excellent reputation and lack of negative reviews. Also, the young man who came to our house to talk with us initially, Craig, is a very likable and personable young man who knows his business. It was because of the way he handled the initial contact with us and the fact that he stays involved with the job until it is complete that tipped the scale in favor of Siding Depot. Our house is one of the large cedar-modern style homes in Acworth so there was a ton of work to be done. We wanted some variation in the style of the siding, both the shake style with the staggered edges in the gables and on some of the other areas the vertical board and batten, I think it is called. We also had wood damage to the structure of the house that needed repair and some of the flashing on the back deck was in bad shape, all of which could be addressed by the siding installers. Today, I want to talk about this wonderful crew of young men from Brazil who have come into my life and done such a wonderful job with my home so far. They are extremely skillful and focused on their work and not only that, they are very sweet people. Gentle souls that I have to say I will miss when they are finished and move on to the next project. I do not often get attached to people who come to do work at my home but they have been around for most of 2 weeks and I have grown quite fond of them. I can not say enough about the skill and professionalism this crew exhibits. The precision of their work is incredible. I grew up in a family that built homes, have spent a lot of time on construction personally learning how things are done so I do know a bit about the difficulties they faced here. None of this was a problem for them, though, they dug in and got the job done. They are putting the finishing touches on today and the house, even in the yellow Hardie Plank color, looks wonderful. If you hire Siding Depot and have and this crew do your job, I know you will not regret it. I will finish this review when the painters and gutter installers are finished. So far, though, Siding Depot is a big two thumbs up from me.

I've had the Nichiha rep to my house confirming the work is not done according to manufactures guidelines with the owner of the company present. I paid for licensed home inspector. They are unbiased. The inspector said it was the worst he'd ever seen and the report is a gazillion pages. I called my insurance and they sent an adjuster out. He shook his head and said its the worst he'd ever seen. My denied insurance claim states that the work is defective and construction defects arent covered. It also states that water damage is inevitable. Meaning there are no reasonable steps I can take to protect my house My insurance (Amica)refused to give me the adjusters report(not legal dont let them). BUT, they offered to send out a structural engineer to check it out and give me a report. PE (structural engineer) stated the work(starting with the wrap underlayment) does not meet the minimum requirements for wall coverings violating international residential building code. Trustdale saw the video of the rep telling Armando he didnit wrong. -I gave them copies of the install manual I marked up with pictures of the defective work. -They had a representative come to my house with another siding guy and and the owner of siding depot(owners third visit)! -Trustdales siding guy stayed after they left and is the third professional to tell me its the worst hes ever seen. -Trustdales stance differs from that of Nichihas product rep and install manual. It differs from the report written by an impartial home inspector. It differs from the report from the Structural Engineer. It is apparently more valid than the international code book. -It was Trust Dale who first presented me with the official offer of nondisclosure. They then said the resolution was to let these people on my property who already REFUSED to remove the defective work come patch it up IF i paid them first! They are the ones who decide if they have honored the "10,000 dollar trustdale warranty" When I told them that was unacceptable they tried to say i didnt register the purchase with them. I WAS MID PURCHASE when I contacted them. Yup, thats right. TrustDale tried to squirm out of their side by claiming i contacted them too soon. (Or too late depending on the day) I also could've gone through their website before. Off I go across the internet to cost these jerks 10x what they cost me. If you read this feel free to contact Siding Depot and tell him Mike Wood cost them business.(I know its petty but its something)
