I had an extreme lack of mobility, and my pain was at about a 7 or 8 every day. I was limping around at age 36 like a much older person. At that point I had tried everything - tons of physical therapy, 4 different trainers, chiropractors, massage...nothing worked. When I began with Sumair, I couldn't do much of anything. I mean, I had zero range of motion and very little strength. If you're feeling self conscious or scared, please don't let that stop you, we have all been there, and I would argue that is where TrainLifeFit really shines. Sumair has built TLF to be a holistic program. What makes it so great is that it is a body/mind/emotions program. What does it matter if you can do a proper push up if your mind has been programmed to believe that you CAN'T do things because you "just don't have the body for it"? Because I am petite and small, that's what I had been told. I'd also been told that my pain was just my "new normal," and to get used to it, so Sumair also had to help me overcome my sad sad sad mental programming about my body. He also taught me about mechanics and how to recognize what was going on with my body. That understanding was reinforced through the homework he gave me, so now I have the ability to identify what's happening and work through it on my own. That's important for the other days when I'm not training with him, and I cannot overstate how much it improved my relationship with my body. I now understand it and know what it needs. So my result is, less than a year later, my pain is at about a 1. I have gained significant strength, stability and muscle mass. My winter coat didn't fit this year because my arms and back had gotten bigger! My mobility is excellent and I have recently begun to run again, an activity I had been told wasn't available for me anymore. But most importantly, I trust my body. I know it is capable of much more than I had been told. I understand it, I have a vocabulary to describe what is happening with it, and I no longer treat it like an annoying employee by getting frustrated when it doesn't do what I say. Tons of weights but surprised to not see any 2.5 lb plates. Maybe I just couldn't find them, but I didn't see a single one. Equipment is nice and they have enough to get 90% of what you want done, but so many chest machines? I wish we could have more cable towers as the cable section is always cramped. I was able to secure a $30 per month membership since I signed a contract for 12 months, and that grants me access to any location that is the same or lower tier. I have been to cycling classes with Megan Smith and yoga classes with Kayur Patel. Both instructors are so friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging. All the staff members that work out at the front desk are so friendly, the always greet me and say goodbye. I was surprised to see so many lifting platforms and different machines I have never seen before. The only complaints that I have is that since this is an older gym, many of equipment is dinged up, but still operable. Also, instead of a posing room, I wished they used the space for a more functional amenity, like a hydromassage bed or a red-light therapy bed. If you are looking for an affordable gym where you can get a great cardio and/or strength training work out, this establishment is a great option since they have a vast variety of machines and equipment.

Nathan the Amazing returns me to my life!…read more I am an avid yogi. Not the best mind you, but it is the only thing I have found to release my stress and anxiety. I tore my shoulder and was preparing for surgery. I was devastated when I learned I would be out of yoga for six months. I didn't want to lose my flexibility that I had gained over the past two years, so I turned to Stretch Lab Mueller. My first 50 minute session was with Nathan! He walked me through the Stretch Lab techniques and I learned very quickly through his direction that I would not only keep my flexibility, but I was GAINING flexibility! My hamstrings were the tightest, my back was always sore and my glutes, well they were non existent. Nathan told me to work on the connection between my brain and glute (he said it more scientifically, but I knew what he meant, lol). He gave me exercises to increase glute strength and how to keep stretching my glutes on my own through home work-outs. After my surgery we kept stretching and he was SO mindful of my shoulder! He has a great rapport, he is genuine, positive and he knows his stuff! If that last paragraph wasn't enough the facility is so clean. The front desk staff is friendly and eager to help, and all of the staff doing the stretching are on their game! I had to freeze my membership for a couple of weeks due to my surgery and this was done with ease. Appointments are booked in person or through the app which is simple to navigate. I am back into yoga now and my fear of losing my flexibility did not come to fruition! I am more flexible and stronger all the way around on my return to the activity that I love! I want to thank Nathan and everyone at Stretch Lab Mueller for keeping me yoga ready! I cannot recommend this place enough! They are simply the best! Namaste! :)

I'm a 75 yo with muscular dystrophy issues and hoping to stay on my feet as long as I can. This therapy is part of my plan. I think everybody should try it.
