There was one actual server (who was trying very hard to appease dozens of patrons), and a kitchen staff that was completely lost. Lack of trained staff led to tables receiving their orders multiple times, while other tables only received partial orders after hours of waiting. Because I live here, I will probably be back, but I won't be bringing guests as I did last night. Too embarrassing. Management, please have mercy on your staff and get the experienced help you need!
