I requested the most expensive clean option which was "The Works" $20 as well as the Interior…read moreCleaning which was $11.72 total for around $32 it was pretty great. I wished I took pictures before the clean as my car was dirty outside and dusty inside. I Uber a Lot in my free time and I work as a mechanic both in the military and in the civilian side so usually my car gets dirty fast. But this place was quick and service was great! Don't mind the minor scratches on my car I can assure you that they were there before the clean. Also Hand drying and blow drying was included with the wash as before the wash started they did a rinse and soft brush scrub before hand which was AMAZING! I was a little hesitant due to some reviews I saw on Yelp, but I took the risk since most of the bad reviews are years old and places can change! AND BOY DID IT PAY OFF 4/5 would come back again! (If they had a monthly membership that's affordable I'd do a 5/5)

Yo! Finally I found a carwash in Egg Harrbor / Galloway area that has drying your car is INCLUDED…read morewith all washes! Okay, so they don't have free vacuuming but you can do that at home. In my opinion ANY carwash that does NOT dry your car is a waste of time and money. They also had 2 guys at the entrance. One pressure sprayed the car to loosen the dirt and the other used a soft brush on the windshield. Listen, they do a good job for the price and I reiterate, they dry the windows and the car! I still haven't found a carwash anywhere in the country that beat Autosheen in Cherry Hill NJ but this place gets the job done.

I would rate this place a zero if I was allowed and I also see that this has happened to other…read morepeople which is sad they clearly haven't told their employees to stop scamming people. about a month ago I was told if I buy a car wash i get the same one free for the next 30days so I said okay cool paid and went into my car wash little did I know the employee was signing me up for a membership that apparently ment it was going to charge my card for 48$ without my knowledge. so when this happens I call mod wash to let them know and the woman on the phone was rude told me they don't give refunds and that I had used the car wash 4 times the month prior, well duh ofcourse I did YOUR employee told me it was FREE for 30days ! so now I have to dispute it with my credit card and honestly I don't think I'll ever use this place again just because of how they handled this. I wonder if the FTC knows about this scam ?

Now, just a month later, it feels like I was tricked by the machines. Some days there's no soap at all. A third of the way in, the soap and rinse is weak, the washing machines appear to not be plugged in and I drive out with water still dripping off the windows. The spots dry into ugly water beads. In the vacuum area, it's the same decline. Missing hoses. No dry towels. No spray bottles. Just empty stations and false promises. And when you drive in, the staff rush you. You're forced to tailgate the car ahead, which cuts off the essential first and second sprays. That's how bugs and bird crap survive the wash and stay plastered on your windshield. The worst part? I have a brand new car, and some days I've had to go through three times just to get it clean. They're not even supposed to let you go in twice. Bottom line: every visit is a gamble. Sometimes you get what you paid for. Most times, you don't. What's even worse is that there's no clear way to get a refund on your monthly subscription. Go ahead, check out their website.

Heads up, friends: I don't recommend the car wash at the corner of Ocean Heights & English Creek…read more(EHT). I used to go there regularly, but I've now had two bad experiences. The first time, the machine took my money. When I spoke to the manager, he treated me as if I were trying to scam him. Today was worse. The wash wasn't spraying any soap or solution. I didn't feel comfortable getting out of my car while the machine was running, so I went to the office afterward. Unfortunately, it was the same manager, and his attitude was just as bad--dismissive and arrogant. He immediately said it "made no sense," didn't bother to check anything, and told me to use another bay, which also didn't work properly. There was no apology, no attempt to help, and no concern for the customer experience. Those who know me know I rarely complain about service, but this place--especially the manager or A WORKER (What an A** he is)--does not deserve your business. Please pass this along. Thank you.

It's hard to be a bad car wash, especially on the coin operated side. I don't expect it to be…read moreperfect I know if I'm gonna use the coin op car wash i should just do it at home. But still I use them... I don't know if it's inflation or I'm crazy but I never remembered car washes being a dollar a minute! Especially when it takes over 30 seconds to switch between soap/brush/rinse etc. It costed 10 dollars for me to wash my car and a bare minimum of 2 minutes waiting if you only do the wash, foaming brush and rinse. If you want to use the tire cleaner, pre soak, wax or spot free rinse that'll be an additional 3 dollars of just waiting for the nozzle to switch. I always thought one quarter afforded you 30 seconds. I guess I'll find out when I wash my car somewhere else. :) Also I went to dry my car and just gave up because after all the brushing and rinsing, this is what came up on my towel. :(
