I also have been able to go to other ModWash locations with the membership, which I like being able to do. I have learned which are the least & most crowded times to go there. The employees are very helpful & friendly. The only issue I have is, I feel like sometimes there is not quite enough space between cars. I understand they are trying to cycle cars through when it's busy, but as a customer, I don't think the tailgating is a good idea. It affects the way the vehicles are cleaned (or not cleaned as a result). If that changes, I'll change this review to 5 stars.

Unfortunately, it was the same manager, and his attitude was just as bad--dismissive and arrogant. He immediately said it "made no sense," didn't bother to check anything, and told me to use another bay, which also didn't work properly. There was no apology, no attempt to help, and no concern for the customer experience.
