One pressure sprayed the car to loosen the dirt and the other used a soft brush on the windshield. Listen, they do a good job for the price and I reiterate, they dry the windows and the car! I was…read morethere for one wash but did enroll for a special monthly membership which I use pretty frequently, easily 2-3 times a week, and have no issues. I also have been able to go to other ModWash locations with the membership, which I like being able to do. I have learned which are the least & most crowded times to go there. The employees are very helpful & friendly. The only issue I have is, I feel like sometimes there is not quite enough space between cars. I understand they are trying to cycle cars through when it's busy, but as a customer, I don't think the tailgating is a good idea. It affects the way the vehicles are cleaned (or not cleaned as a result). If that changes, I'll change this review to 5 stars.
