I also have been able to go to other ModWash locations with the membership, which I like being able to do. I have learned which are the least & most crowded times to go there. The employees are very helpful & friendly. The only issue I have is, I feel like sometimes there is not quite enough space between cars. I understand they are trying to cycle cars through when it's busy, but as a customer, I don't think the tailgating is a good idea. It affects the way the vehicles are cleaned (or not cleaned as a result). If that changes, I'll change this review to 5 stars.

One pressure sprayed the car to loosen the dirt and the other used a soft brush on the windshield. Listen, they do a good job for the price and I reiterate, they dry the windows and the car! I still haven't found a carwash anywhere in the country that beat Autosheen in Cherry Hill NJ but this place gets the job done.

I've supported…read morethis car wash for a long time, but during a recent visit, an employee drove my truck into a Mercedes, destroying the rear end of that vehicle and damaging the front of my truck. After all the damage and inconvenience, I simply asked the owner for a complimentary wash as a small gesture of goodwill. He refused. There are other ongoing issues too. They advertise being open until 5 PM, yet regularly close around 3 or sometimes don't open at all. The laborers also seem to be treated poorly, working long hours out in the brutal heat and sun. Accidents happen, but how a business responds matters. Between the lack of accountability, unreliable hours, treatment of the workers, and lack of appreciation for loyal customers, I can no longer recommend this place.
