I got the cheesecake with chocolate and added some nuts and sprinkles. It was so good - especially the cheesecake flavor! YUM! Nice and clean inside with inside and outside seating. They have happy hour on some days where you can buy one and get one free one hour before they close (8 pm to 9 pm). Employees were friendly and helpful! To start with there was one woman in front of us placing an order. Took forever. Your order taker Had to explain every single part on the Monday special burger to this lady then the order taker got into a conversation with her about milk and something else. Explained that we were short on time so they took us to the next register That starts the second part of this disappointing visit to your place. Gave our order. Asked how long it would take since we were short on time. We were told 5 to 10 minutes. 15 to 20 minutes later my wife when up to tell them to make it a Togo order since she had to get back to work. Come to find out the order was never placed. Seems that register does not connect to the kitchen. Can't for the life of me figure why you would have a register that doesn't connect to the kitchen or that your staff would not know that it doesn't. We paid $21 and change and they gave us back $18. Charged for the drinks. REALLY !!!!! Then gave us 8 - $1 gift certificates. Come on you screwed up my wife's lunch, she had to go back to work without eating lunch and you changed for drinks we didn't drink and felt $8 in $1 gift cards was enough to cover a major customer service screw up. As a former missionary ( West Africa) I know the importance of trying to help others! She got a half and half ice cream cone. This place knows how to make good ice cream! I got a sample as well..creamy! The place inside is clean. Indoor seating and a drive thru. Kind employee! They also have posted specials. Nice experience and fast service!
