I got a sample as well..creamy! The place inside is clean. Indoor seating and a drive thru. Kind employee! They also have posted specials. Nice experience and fast service!

I love getting a large cone with a small amount of vanilla perfect balance and plenty of ice cream for me! Pineapple banana shake - delicious- now the trick is to ask for more pineapple. There's a fosters in San Fernando and they always go heavy depending on the order of how you order! Pineapple banana shake or banana pineapple! I also love the vibe and seats. Visited September 25th..see my receipt…read more I have never been to a Sonic before! Thought i would try it when I pulled into Oroville. They have a menu where you sit in your car and place an order and a carhop comes out and delivers to you. I decided I would rather do the drive thru so I could get to my destination. I ordered the junior cheeseburger and a medium vanilla milkshake. The burger was tasty and the milkshake was super creamy! I could only eat half the milkshake because it was very filling! The drive thru moved very quickly and the young lady at the window was very sweet. Great experience! Will visit again!

I used to love Sonic - was more than excited to try this location in Oroville…read more Unfortunately, this location was lacking in many ways. Went through the drive-thru. Ordered fries and 2 shakes. And it took forever! I think we waited there for 20 minutes or so. Not exactly "fast" food. After an extraordinarily long wait, tried the food. Fries were okay, shakes were terrible. They tasted overly rich and lardy. Couldn't even finish them. Might be willing to try this Sonic again. Just so disappointed with it at the moment.

Visited November 30th..see my receipt as always…read more This place is located in Oroville. It is next to Bigfoot Eats in a very small shopping center. They open at 8am and I was the first one to order. I ordered the Country skillet breakfast ( 2 scrambled eggs with hash browns and bacon over biscuits and gravy). I had the gravy on the side. I was surprised that the bacon were just small little pieces with what looked like tater tots. You pick up the food at the counter and seat yourself. The eggs were cool to the touch. Biscuits were pretty good. The gravy made it better! Not what I was expecting but still ok. I only had a few bites and brought it back to my friends place. He enjoyed it ALOT more than I did! Manuel was friendly and helpful but the lady was was not very welcoming (Putting that nicely! ) It's retro inside and also serves beer and sodas along with coffee and other items. I think they are known for their burgers more so then their breakfast menu. I don't live in this area so this is not a place I will revisit.
