He was so nice and well-informed on all of the desserts. When picking out each flavored macaron he provided me a quote to match the flavor or a fun fact about the taste. I was so impressed with him. We were a party of 7 ordering a variety of macarons, gelato, shakes, and pastries close to closing time and he did not skip a beat. He didn't rush us and was all about having happy customers. I have been to other locations for this company that do not offer the same level of service so that speaks volumes. I don't go to Jacksonville too often, but when I do I will make sure to stop over to this mall for some macarons because they are so delicious and worth every penny.
