First thing the limo driver was waiting on us with a red carpet out to truly make you feel like you're million bucks. Once we had our picture made we proceeded inside the limousine where Jeani had put together the most beautiful basket that any couple could ask for, she truly went the extra mile. It really made us feel special and with two kids it's really hard sometimes to feel special because everything you do in life goes towards your kids!!! When I initially booked with Royal Worldwide Limousines, it was never disclosed to me that Royal Worldwide Limousines was not the actual limousine company providing the vehicle, but instead works with local limousine companies to fulfill reservations. I was therefore not aware that I was actually renting from Sweetheart Limousines. After researching that address, I discovered that the business was Sweetheart Limousines. I then researched Sweetheart Limousines and found poor reviews concerning the company's vehicles and services. At that point, I had already made the non-refundable deposit and signed the contract. Because I was concerned about the reviews I had found, I took the initiative to contact Sweetheart Limousines directly approximately two weeks before our event. I explained to them that I had seen poor reviews regarding their vehicles and services and specifically asked questions about their business practices and for assurance that we would not experience those same problems with our reservation. Approximately one week later, and two days before our scheduled event, Sweetheart Limousines contacted me to confirm the reservation. During that conversation, I again took steps to ensure that the vehicle being provided would be acceptable. I specifically asked them to send me photographs of the actual vehicle we would be receiving, including photographs of both the exterior and interior. Sweetheart Limousines sent me photographs of the vehicle. Based on those photographs, the vehicle appeared to be in decent condition, so I did not have reason at that point to believe that the vehicle provided on the day of the event would be substantially different. Unfortunately, the vehicle that arrived for our reservation did not match the photographs that had been sent to me. As I explained over the phone, the vehicle that was sent was unacceptable and did not meet the standard I reasonably expected based on the service I booked and the photographs that were provided to me in advance. I personally inspected the vehicle, along with multiple passengers who were scheduled to ride in it. The vehicle was in poor condition. As it approached, the engine could be heard squeaking. I also have photographs showing areas on the top of the vehicle where the paint was peeling. The interior of the vehicle had a very strong cigarette/smoke odor and a foul smell that was so significant that some of the passengers were unable to continue riding in it. Given the condition of the vehicle, I was immediately concerned about proceeding with the booking. I also personally observed the driver when he arrived. his overall appearance was very disheveled and unprofessional. His shirt appeared dirty, there was dirt underneath his fingernails, and he had a noticeable foul odor. Immediately after arriving, he began smoking. I contacted Randy with Sweetheart limo and explained the condition of the vehicle and requested that it be replaced. He told me that there were no other limousines available but that there was a van available. I made it very clear to him that I needed the replacement vehicle to be in significantly better condition than the vehicle that had been provided. Randy then told me, in substance, that if the condition of the vehicle he had sent that day was unacceptable to me, he did not have another vehicle that was better than it. At that point, I had no reasonable alternative other than to cancel the remainder of the booking. Despite these efforts, the vehicle provided on the day of the event was materially different from what had been represented to me. DO NOT USE. Would give 0 stars if possible. read more

Do not- I repeat do not rent from Sweetheart Limo. After being over 2 hrs late, multiple lies by SL staff and a driver who came in dirty jeans and shirt for the pick up of my son and his new wife for the wedding and take them to their destination. The limo had a blow out tire. After getting the tire fixed with much back and forth with who ever the driver was talking to, then before they could go any further. my son had to fill up the limo with gas because the driver didn't have any money and the fuel card was zero. They got back on the road and within 30 mins the limo had broken down again. My son instructed the driver to get them to an exit and they were getting out of the car. My husband went and picked them up and took them on to their honeymoon destination. I spoke with Randy, one of the owners and he was clueless and could have cared less. I asked to speak to Jean, "the other owner" on Aug 9th at 10 p.m and today is Aug 12th at 6 pm and I have yet to hear from her. read more

The limo service was horrendous! The driver did not know where she was going nor could she drive the limo up the narrow mountainous road (which they should have known they would have to drive up!). First, we got to the turn that would take us up to the wedding venue and they were not sure if that was the right turn. Instead of asking us, they decided to try to turn around on a very narrow road upon a steep incline, causing us to almost fall off the road. We (barely) got turned around. We started back down the mountain as one of our group flagged the driver to stop. We told the driver we were headed the wrong way and needed to turn around. Once again, we had to turn around on a very narrow road. This time one of our group had to go out and assist the driver on making the turn. This turn also took place in someone else's yard and the owner was not pleased! Once we got turned back in the right direction, we started back up the hill where the driver almost missed the turn (again). One of our group hung out the window to point the right direction. On the way up, we almost didn't make it. The limo struggled to pull up the mountain and make the right turns. We all almost decided to get out and walk! The others at the venue even were ready to drive cars down and pick us up! We arrived 40 minutes late! The venue was only available for a very short amount of time. We almost had to call it quits!!! The way back was not much better. We ended up down the mountain after many jostles and uneasiness. Once we got near the drop off location, the driver took the parking lot of other businesses instead of staying on the road. The limo was so large it took up almost both sides of the road in the parking lot causing other cars to have to stop and wait for the limo to slowly etch by (as we hoped the limo would actually fit through the tight space!). All in all, I did not feel safe in that limo. More than once, I was ready to get out and walk no matter how far. I will NEVER use this company again and highly recommend no one else to use it either. The limo company should have been aware of the route and its terrain and planned accordingly for the conditions. And, to add, after the wedding, the bride (who was not in the limo) called of a refund for the service and was told that she was lying about our experience because she was not actually in the limo. And, since the guests were fine (basically meaning we survived) and got where they needed to go, the service went off without a problem!!!! On top of that, they yelled at her, her mother, and her grandmother and even hung up on them! read more

First, there were no handles to help me enter and exit safely in heels and a gown. We did not know there were drinks until the ride home. Second, the driver did not know where to go ( even though a practice run was allegedly done the day before). We turned around on a narrow mountain road drive down then turned around again to back to the same spot. Then we got stuck. One passenger got out because she was having a panic attack. Third, we arrived 35 minutes late to the wedding, we had to rush through the wedding because we were into the next groups time slot. This was a destination wedding, the 19 of us in the limo were the majority of the wedding guests. Fourth, the drive back took twice as long as it should have making us late for the next engagement and we drive through a crowded narrow parking lot for half a mile. Liked "This was definitely a trip to remember but in all the bad ways. I was a passenger in a white excursion limo. The only reason for a 1 star was that they did assist with helping the elderly mother of the bride into the limo. It went downhill after that point. There were no handles to aide in getting in or out of the vehicle. The service made a dry run the day before to make sure the limo wouldn't have problems getting to the mountain top venue. We got lost, turned around and headed back down. Then stopped and turned back around and went back to the first place we turned around. Because of the small areas, each turn around took about 10 minutes each. Once back at the correct turn location we started up a curving hill incline. It took several tries to get up and around a curve with another driver taking over. One of our guest had to get out of the limo as she was having a panic attack from the inability of the drivers. We were all very concerned. We arrived at the wedding venue at least 30 minutes late. The venue had to rush the wedding to get us out for the next wedding. This caused much stress and lost picture opportunities for this once in a lifetime event. The way home was a little less eventful. I reserved a limo for a bachelorette party. The 3 hour special was perfect for my budget. They contacted me via email to confirm the reservation. The driver contacted me a few days before our party date. He was super flexible and very easy to work with. He made our ride around town fantastic. He is the reason why I'm giving it 4/5 starts. I was unimpressed with the quality of the limo. I don't know if they have a specific limo they use with the special but the white limo we got seemed. Little tired and run down. It just didn't feel shiny and pretty. I don't remember seeing the white limo in the website. Overall it was a great night and the limo surprised the bride and made her night. I would definitely ask next time which limo I would be getting with my reservation. read more

I rented the white stretched limo from sweethearts as a surprise for my wife for our 10 year anniversary trip to Pidgeon Forge TN last weekend. The driver showed up at promptly at and on time. The first sign this was a bad idea was that the limo was dirty and the top was very dingy, as to be expected had I known the limo I rented was going to be a 1999 Lincoln. No sunroof and the tint on the car was coming off in some places. The driver was friendly and new on the job about a month in he said. We rode the strip and up the mountain to take some pictures. The place he took us to (his suggestion) ended up being very pretty and scenic despite all the pot holes and limo bottoming out in certain places. After our pictures he dropped us off at our restaurant and picked us back up ... this is where things got really bad. He picked us up from the restaurant and It was 35 degrees outside and the heat was not working in the limo. Only the air would work on 2 speeds high and low and the only way to turn the a/c off was to kill the power to the back of the limo thus losing all lights and radio etc in the back. We were supposed to have the limo another hour, however I informed him that this was horrible and to take me back where he picked us up at. This was Friday night I called the company and dealt with Kim the "office manager" she apologized and said she thought that problem was fixed ... she also informed me no recompense could be made until Wednesday. I called Randy the owner on Monday .... He was VERY unprofessional, I explained our experience and he said he'd have Kim do something for me on Wed. On Wednesday I received a text from Kim stating a $50 refund has been credited ..... I paid top dollar for this horrible experience $330 + I tipped $100 to the driver for less than 2 hours in the old worn out limo with no heat and had to ride in the dark and cut our time an hour short ON MY 10 YEAR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY and this guy gives me $50 ... I called Randy and he RUDLY asked well what do you want me to do ... He ended up crediting me $100 total. I explained I would be leaving a review of my horrible experience. This company has no idea what professionalism is and seems like it's ran from some guy's basement. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE. If I could leave 0 stars I would. SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. We hired them to take our guests to our wedding at 8:30 am and they did not get there until 9:06. We almost lost the venue and couldn't get married BC OF THIS SERVICE. Our guests feared for their safety the entire time and it took over 1 hr to get our guests back to their hotel which was 20 mins away. We called the next day upset and they yelled at us, refused to take any fault, and hung up on us. I beg of you all, do NOT use them. Randy and his staff were excellent. I had a great experience with both Michael and Randy as my drivers. I was picked up on time at TYS airport by Michael in their 8-passenger limousine then taken over to Sevierville. Then a couple days later, Randy picked me up from Sevierville for my morning flight departing from TYS. Great customer service, great communication, and Randy most definitely gave me peace-of-mind in arriving on time to all my destinations. 15 of us rented a party bus for my friend's bachelorette and we had a BLAST to say the least. Randy and Michael were amazing and so accommodating. We rented the bus for about 5 hours and went to 5 locations. Terrible experience and the worst company. We had 2 Limousines for our wedding. The big luxury Limousine was not Luxury at all. The AC was not working and it was very hot that day. We had 2 old ladies (in 80s) and kids in that car. It was a big health risk on them to put then in that situation. The kids almost got heat stroke inside the car. And the worst part was when I asked the driver who claimed that he is the owner of the company as well about the AC and why it is not working. He answered saying that he knew it about it for a month but there is nothing he can do about it!!!!! I honestly didn't expect this answer at all. If you know that your AC is not working you should've told us from the beginning, so we could've got another company. He was very unprofessional to us and to our guests. Nobody was happy with their services. After the wedding we contacted them to ask for refund since that was not really a "luxury car" with broken AC. Randy the owner was so unprofessional and disrespectful to my wife and he hung up on her when she called to complain after the wedding .
