We replied in the positive and he offered to take us there. Apparently the Bijou contracts with Chariots Of Hire to take people to and from the theatre when they are holding performances. Kevin was polite and positive and dropped us off in front of the Bijou. After the show we waited out front for about ten minutes and he took us back to the garage. The drivers were an hour and ten minutes late and there was zero communication and lots of confusion as to where there were and when they were due to arrive. They ended up coming and telling us that "another family hopped in the car and took our ride haha". We had all the confirmations and so did they. The biggest insult was that driver Stan, mocked us and laughed when we said that it was huge inconvenience and unacceptable. Our children were crying and hungry. David was kind and tried to apologize but nothing could be done to remedy the chaotic situation. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but zero communication as well as very unprofessional behavior from Stan earns this outfit 1 star.

After being over 2 hrs late, multiple lies by…read moreSL staff and a driver who came in dirty jeans and shirt for the pick up of my son and his new wife for the wedding and take them to their destination. The limo had a blow out tire. After getting the tire fixed with much back and forth with who ever the driver was talking to, then before they could go any further. my son had to fill up the limo with gas because the driver didn't have any money and the fuel card was zero. They got back on the road and within 30 mins the limo had broken down again. My son instructed the driver to get them to an exit and they were getting out of the car. My husband went and picked them up and took them on to their honeymoon destination. I spoke with Randy, one of the owners and he was clueless and could have cared less. I asked to speak to Jean, "the other owner" on Aug 9th at 10 p.m and today is Aug 12th at 6 pm and I have yet to hear from her.

Everything started out normal enough…read more Picked us up and on the way to our wedding ceremony, THEY WRECKED THE PARTY BUS WITH US IN IT!! We had 16 people on the party bus we rented. Mike was driving pretty aggressive to the point several of us were nervous and probably should have said something. Now, accidents happen and we accept that. The problem is, Mike and his company have refused to refund us our money. I say refuse lightly, as Mike has ignored our request since then. The wreck caused us to be an hour late to the ceremony place which greatly reduced ability to take the photographs we wanted with our family. Also, as you can see in the photo, the door was blocked by the mountain we were on (if the bus ran off the road about half a mile up the road I wouldn't even be writing this email), we could not get out the door. We had to go out the fire escape windows. That includes the bride and bridesmaids in a wedding dress and dresses. We have tried to talk to them about this, and even had our lawyers reach out. But, to no avail. We still have not been refunded the money in which Mike wrecked on our special wedding day. We wish this was a positive review and one that we recommend them. But in the chance something goes wrong, I would highly suggest avoiding this company. They will not work with you to make things right.

We have visual proof. 20 ft in the opposite direction and the bus could have tumbled over, seriously injuring or killing someone. On top of this, they will not reimburse my friend for putting everyone's safety at risk and they haven't responded to messages. Attorney's are involved! DO NOT use this company. I've never seen any business more unprofessional in my life. To reiterate...the driver ran the bus off the road and the company will not take responsibility!
