The space is uber roomy where the lower level arena worked perfectly for the big shows. There were side-by-side stages, a standing-room area up front (kinda like the typical GA section), seating arranged throughout the middle of the floor, video screens positioned around the space, and a beer garden towards the back. The outdoor terrace is nice and hosted space for a few acoustic performances along with a chance to step away for some fresh Smoky Mountain air. There are plenty of restrooms throughout the convention halls, and the elevators and escalators were operational, making the venue accessible for those using mobility scooters or using walking devices.

We booked them for our destination wedding without having the opportunity to meet with them in person which can be slightly unnerving. Elizabeth stayed in great contact with us throughout the planning process and helped us make choices on our menu from afar. My husband and I are vegan and wanted our menu to reflect our beliefs while still pleasing our guests and I must say they pulled it off extraordinarily well!! We had a 2pm wedding so we went with a salad station and heavy horderves. Upon arriving to our reception we were pleased to find that our seats already had food waiting for us! I know most of our friends and family had warned us that typically the bride and groom never get to enjoy the food, but that was not the case for us. The set up was beautiful and all our guests complimented on how wonderful the food was. They even had to go boxes packed before we left that we were able to enjoy that night!! We also used their bartenders and glassware for our bar which was equally as wonderful! They quoted us quite a bit less than the competitors in the area and delivered more. We can not thank Bradford Catering enough for the part they played in our special day. They delivered an amazing meal, friendly staff, and all for an excellent price.

She is kind, understanding, quick to respond, and skilled at her job. Planning: Angie helped us save money and stick to our budget by helping us find high-quality vendors that fit the size and shape of our wedding. She is responsive and patient when handling the many logistics of hiring vendors- and so well-established that we were able to get discounts through her relationships with those vendors! Whenever we told other wedding workers that we were working with Angie, you could tell they were relieved, because they knew Angie would have it all taken care of! We got to focus on the fun stuff, because we knew Angie had our backs- this is exactly the planning experience we were looking for. Flexibility: We changed our mind on vendors, added on services for rehearsal dinner planning, and through it all Angie was so supportive in our decisions. She really listened and offered her expert opinion when she felt it was necessary. Rehearsal dinner: Especially for wrangling our families into doing the actual rehearsing, Angie did an amazing job! She thought of so many logistics for the ceremony that we didn't have to worry about because she was there. Day of Ceremony and Reception: Everything went so smoothly because of her work! She received all the deliveries (flowers, catering, cake, decorations, rentals, photobooth, DJ equipment) and helped problem solve any issues, while I relaxed in the bridal suite! Worth every penny and was a joy to work with. Cannot recommend more highly.
