My mom dropped off the pants at Sweetgrass for repair a while ago, and it was due to be picked up. When I arrived at the establishment, they said that the pants are not ready yet and that they're currently on the seamstress' table for repair (which is true, I saw). I was told that the pants were dropped off few days ago so that's why it's not ready yet. I took their word and waited five days later before reaching out again. Five days went by, and the pants are still not repaired! My mom was so upset that she came to Sweetgrass to get the pants back, which was still sitting on the seamtress' table this entire time! Apparently, it has been THREE WEEKS that Sweetgrass didn't repair the pants. -- Not only that they took this long to *not* fix the pants, but they also lied to me, saying that the pants were dropped off few days ago. Dropped off several shirts. I was notified my shirts were ready on Thursday, but since I live 1 hour and change away, I said I would pick them up on my next day off. Saturday came and I got off work. The website said they were open at 8:00. Perfect. I got there at 8:00 on the dot, where the store window verified they open at 8:00. I waited, and waited, and waited. Finally after nobody showed up at 8:20, I had to leave. I left a message that I expected my cleaning to be discounted since nobody showed up Saturday and I wasted a whole morning. Here we are now on Tuesday. I had to go out of my way again to stop by the cleaners. I picked up my shirts. No apology, no excuses, no discount. I'm done with this business. read more

Quite expensive & Not impressed with the dry cleaning service. I found multiple long blonde hairs and fur on my blazer. However, I'm grateful for the seamstress, she tailored 3 suit pieces for me and I love how they fit. Recommended for tailoring but not for dry cleaning! read more

My husband needed several items dry cleaned, so I asked him to take a bridesmaid's dress of mine as well. Mind you, although I used it as a bridesmaid's dress, I wouldn't exactly consider it a formal dress. It was purchased off of Lulu's online for $80. However, they told him the charge would be $35 to dry clean, due to it being formal-wear. I wasn't thrilled, but it was what it was. A few days later he went to pick up our items, and they had LOST my dress. He was told management was handling it and someone would contact him. Another few days later and he finally decided to call them. They found my dress. I guess they just didn't feel the need to call and let us know it was ready to be picked up. He went and picked up my dress today, and they still charged him the full $35, despite all of these issues. I am honestly appalled that they did not feel it was necessary to offer any sort of a discount after they lost my damn dress! It's their loss. This dry cleaner is close to our house, which is why it was chosen, but I have a dry cleaner close to my work that we will use from now on instead. read more

This is the worst Dry Cleaners i have ever experienced. I dropped my dress off on Friday for pick up on Tuesday. I went Tuesday a worker informed me my dress was at the location on 78, Sandys Dry Cleaners. She needed me to pick it up from there. I went to Sandys Dry Cleaners on Tuesday and my dress was not there. They then confirmed it was in fact at the Sweetgrass location. I returned to Sweetgrass to recieve a dress that was wrinkle and unzipped. They had not dry cleaned my dress, but instead they returned my dress wrinkled and unzipped. I will never use this place and recommend that you dont either. They are unprofessional, lack communication, and are not reliable. Go somewhere else. Yes i got a refund, but when you pay for a service you expect it to be completed. This place is TRASH. read more

Dropped off my military uniform to pick up with a large ink stain on the top of one set. Promptly returned to address the issue, only to be met with "I don't know what to tell you, but there is no way we did this." No apology, attempt to rectify the issue, or anything. Needless to say, if you care about customer service, and protecting your garments, especially your uniforms, please look elsewhere. read more

I dropped off my Navy dress white uniforms, they were presentable when I dropped them off. However, when I picked them up they were complete TRASH. The uniforms were wrinkled, stained, and the creases were 1 inch away from where they used to be. The manager was not helpful and neither was the staff members. They will answer the phone and hang up, I was being nice at all times just wanting a refund. The answer I got was "we can only do store credit". Honestly I don't care about the store credit, I am afraid to trust them with my WHITE uniforms ever again or with anything else. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! 4 of my coworkers had the exact same issue because we dropped them off the same day for the first time ever. We wanted to try this dry cleaners since it was close by. We all had our uniforms stained and wrinkled when we picked them up. After working 12 hrs we had to go home and fix the uniforms ourselves because we had an INSPECTION the next day. Put a sports jacket in for cleaning at the end of February last year (COVID kicked in strong at the same time). Forgot about the jacket being there due to not going anywhere except work. Remembered the jacket was there in November went to pick up. They had discarded the jacket during a pandemic without as much as phone call, email or attempting to contact me in anyway. I realize it was past the normal limit however there was NOTHING normal about 2020!! I will not do business or recommend a business that has no concern for their customers during that time. read more

Local Dry Cleaners, conveniently located across from Publix and Bi-Lo. Have always had my husband prepared for easy travel by not just cleaning and starching his clothes, but also wrapping them. Our clothing items are always ready on time! We are pleased! read more
