Wow was my face when she said 53.99 to pay for the cleaning. I said wait I think you put in the wrong price she stated that no that's correct. She said that's how much it is for a formal dress I said you didn't say it would be that much. I told her it was new and never been worn and still had the tags on it when I dropped it off. The first time I had them sew on a patch for my uniform, they said it would have been ready by Tuesday, it was in fact NOT ready and they were a whole 3 days late....whatever, I didnt make a big deal out of it...I literally came here 2 days in a row recently to drop off something for them to dry clean, the first time I came, they were on a so called 10 minute break and the door was locked, the second time I came it was 20 MINUTES before closing and they already had the door locked, at this point y'all are just ridiculous and i will not be coming back. read more

Tommy's cleaners has been cleaning my weighted blanket for awhile now. They don't have an email, and they're unreliable at getting someone who can comprehend and understand this issue on the phone. The first time they cleaned it, they did a beautiful job, but they damaged it the second time by using a cheap, old hanger with paint on it, which got all over my blanket, 3 cleanings and tape marks on it later: it's still there, they leave more mistakes on it each time. If it's sent back to me after I leave this review, with more damage, I will be requesting a brand new replacement. read more

Pricing - Moderate. A mens dress shirt is $3.50. Timing - Two days from drop off to return. Quality - Service was fine but our order got split between two locations and we had to drive to Summerville (from Goose Creek, drop off location) to get the rest of our items picked up. In 20 years, I've never had such an awful experience with a dry cleaner nor have I had an outfit completely ruined in this case two brand new dresses only been worn once. And have received no compensation for the damage. The owner Pierre are trying to tell me that he used the right chemicals and there was no way that it was his fault even though the white is still completely white on the liner and on the outside the color that's on it is not even the tan or black that's on the dress it's Red. I cannot recommend this cleaner in good faith and in fact, I encourage you to spread the word not to use them. The proof is in the photos I shared copies of the dress as well as the original that I had to re-purchase online out of my pocket. $200 in dresses down the drain. read more

I know things don't go as expected. However, when you run a customer based business there are things that you HAVE to do. One is when you say you are open at 9am, come hell or high water you better be there and open at 9am. And don't argue with me about the circumstances surrounding your inability to open. Stop what you are doing, take care of the customer, then proceed into what you were doing. You have to be able to multi-task. Been a customer here for about a year- the older lady isn't exactly sunshine and rainbows but today was crazy. Wow , she was so rude ! - I think she was frustrated with the previous customer but she took it out on me. I was just dropping off clothes for goodness sake!! She said "what's your last name?!!" Then something to the effect of let me have your clothes unless you are dropping off the baby --. Like hurry and and give me your business while I treat you like junk. I went here for the first time not too long ago. The older lady working the front is similar to the soup nazi on an episode of Seinfeld. Won't be coming back. Multiple rude things were said to me because I didn't know the order of things in the store (my first time there). Example... she says "what's your name." (Not even looking at me). I tell her and she doesn't respond. After a few minutes I tell her this is my first time and I'm in a hurry today. "Well you should have said that upfront I've been searching our system for you this whole time!! You know you can't just walk up to a business and expect to be in their system. I've just wasted time!" I had no idea what she was doing on her system or even why she had asked my name in the first place, to be honest I didn't even know if she had heard my name when I responded to her. The best dry cleaner that I've found since I moved here 4 years ago. Have tried quite a few before finding Tommy's and no one compares to them. They are reasonably priced, friendly, very good hours and perform perfect work. I've used them for not only dry cleaning but alterations as well. My shirts come back perfectly cleaned and pressed. Not quite sure what the other review here is talking about in regards to ruining silk blouses/shirts. I have taken silk shirts in and they come back in perfect shape. I took several dress shirts there for wash and iron service, and the shirts came back in excellent shape with the sleeves clipped neatly in place to prevent wrinkling. The price is $2.59 per shirt, with a special discount on Wednesdays for 10 or more shirts. The people are very friendly there. read more

This is easily the worst drycleaner I have ever visited. They ruined 7 silk blouses and 2 silk dresses. When I went to pick them up, they were dry, brittle and had runs in the silk. They told me that they could not be held responsible for any of the damage (over $1,000). When I asked the manager for his information to pass on to my attorney, he handed me the generic business card and said that I would never see the money. As a new Goose Creek resident, I am appalled that a business like this is still in business. read more
