I was shopping earlier with my best friend at a different retail store and the cashier told us about this new place. This store is brand new there are "now hiring" signs hanging out side! When entering the store it is very neat and clean with a pleasant smell. I would best describe the store as an upscale Five and Below or an upscale Dollar General. The employees were nice and all smiles (under masks)! We browsed around the store and grabbed different items here and there. At checkout we met Sabrina, who is bubbly and as cute as a button. She explained the Popshelf membership rewards program and helped both of us to get signed up on our phones. We both received gift boxes for registering. For some reason our receipt did not print out and the store manager Amy had to come over to assist us. This was not an easy fix and definitely a new problem that the store was not aware of but, Amy did not share away from the challenge. Eventually she called upper management and had to go to the back to print off the receipt. While we waited the other employees came to check on us. I am especially impressed with the size and neatness of the store. The bathroom is clean its about 3 stalls. The hand soap in the bathroom is named good hands it is actually a product that is sold in the store and it smells really good. The home and garden section has all kind of goodies as well as beauty. I don't live in Monroe, however I will be back to shop here when I'm in the area. This was my first time adding a business to yeah I thought it would be hard but the process was very easy and I'm sure that other consumers would like to know what to expect when they go into a new shopping environment.
