According to FDA laws for South Carolina, it would be illegal to have the bread label and how you prepare it without having a proper ingredient list; According to FDA they require you to have a ingredient labels on all the items that you're selling; I asked to the brunette girl at the counter she literally just told me she has no idea and she doesn't know how to find out the information so I will probably not come back to Nantucket meat and Fish market. Due to my allergy to a lot cheeses I asked her to put some goat cheese on the board for me along with the others she would generally use. The second board was a barkcuterie! I love that the boards are on bamboo, eco friendly! The crackers, a variety came in a lovely box on the side. There were little birthday details and surprises on each board which I loved!
