I was really looking forward to hire this company for my wedding , but not only did they take long to email me back but after I replied to them I never heard back from them again. Every year my husband gets me a special treat for Valentine's Day. For the last two years he has gone to Ursula at Sweet Tooth. They remember him by name and remember that I'm allergic to wine so they sub Martinelli's. The presentation is always perfect. This year I got balloons as well! The Strawberries are delicious and never melted. The color designs on the strawberries never run. They are very pretty. The cookies were very yummy too! Let me start with I did like the candy table but was very unsatisfied with the communication. My event took place in October and I reserved the date in August by providing a deposit. Ursula was very nice but needs improvement in the communication area. A contract was sent and when I reviewed it I realized the date was incorrect at which point I let her know. She stated she would email the contract with the correction. I did not receive the contract until the day before the event. I was beyond busy that I did not have the time to even review it. All the while we are emailing back and forth. I provided the set up time the venue has available to her. She asked if she can pick up the following day and I said yes and provided her the times. She also emails me telling me they do not have a backdrop available due to the confusion on the dates therefore the day of the event I was running around to find a solution. An hour before the event I get a call from thee venue stating they have not shown up. I called Ursula and she said she was going to go at 5. I proceeded to tell her they are not open at that time. They open 30mins before the event which was 5:30 and she said that's fine. My event started and she was still setting up. Then they come pick up the table at 10 when I was under the impression they were going to come the next day. I still had 2 hours left on my event. I explained that I was under the impression it was going to get picked up the next day. Ursula stated she asked cause they always do but it didn't mean that was going to take place. I emailed Ursula with my concerns the following Monday and she stated that she provided the wrong date which caused all of this. I replied letting her know I provided the correct date and she can see that on the email. She then never replied to me again. All in all the communication was horrible. I have planned many events personal and professionally and this was by far the worst experience with a vendor. read more

I went into the shop to return some chocolates that were not open or anything and I thought it would be fine since there is nothing on the recipe that says no returns or do they let you know there are no returns when checking out. I asked if I can return and the young lady at the cashier just said no we can't with a annoyed voice. I finally had the opportunity to visit from northern CA to Riverside for a class and it was so worth it! Ursula and her team were so patient and taught us how to make cake pops step by step. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! I paid a deposit in April 2021 for a candy bar roughly $500 early July for my baby shower. Just weeks before my event I was told that I would be charged 300 additional dollars for travel and a minimum, which was never previously discussed. They claim to service all of Southern CA. When I inquired on the new fees I was not provided a alternative or solution, but told, "Let us know if you want to cancel." This is terrible customer service and a big inconvenience for someone who ensured to plan out all details very early on and while I finally received my deposit back it wasn't until 2 emails and 2 Venmo requests later. I wouldn't trust them with any of events as they clearly are unprofessional and lacking appropriate business etiquette. read more

The first time they did our baby shower everyone kept asking who did our table they honestly pay a lot of attention to what your ideas and expectations are for your party and make it happen. They do such and amazing job and they put so much effort into making us happy. The second time around they did our daughters 1st birthday I could not be happier with our table everything was delicious!
