Unfortunately I had a horrible experience and I will not write a bad review to any business unless necessary . First of all the owner has unacceptable customer service after my deposit I've never received a contract or they didn't contacted me back to go over my event details or theme with work and my pregnancy I was very concern so just prior a few days due to my phone calls and text messages and a picture of my bill to pay the balance I was finally contacted . I did not get all my products to the end of my baby shower and the table was not worth the candy and decor for the over 500 dollars I was charged plus they used my liners with very simple simple decor since the table provided was bigger but never got a courtesy call or message to address that issue until I got to the venue and had to notice that right when my even was starting . I was very upset when the very rude set up LADY or team showed up almost 1 hr prior to my event ending and started to pick up the table without my consent so my guest were rushed to grab candy and they didn't careless and started packing right in the middle of my venue pulling plastic containers right in the middle of my guest because the set up person had to go some where else . I was never notified they come earlier And if it is in their contract I never got one . They took some of my wood center pieces and when I called the owner to address the situation she only sent me a long message that she was busy and phoneless with no battery to address and resolve my situation. I LOVED MY TABLE. This company gets IT. They delivered EXACTLYwhat I asked for in DESIGN And TASTE! I have to say i was nervous because all of my planning was done over the phone.... because i'm nearly a hour away from their office. I did not see anything until the day of my event. The table was FABULOUS. Everyone talked about how beautiful and meticulously put together it was. Not only was it nice to look at but OMG the Oreos to Die for Delicious! Pretzels so good it was bad for me because i couldn't stop eating them. I'm trying to find a reason to have another party to book them again. I need to satisfy my oreo creaving. The displays are simply fantastic, they give attention to every detail, nothing is left undone. Sweet Tooth Candy Buffet did a amazing job with explaining and giving great examples on how to set up a candy table. Their class was very informative with great ways on how to layer and fill your candy jars. I learned how much candy should go on a table and how to coordinate colors and table docor. This class also gave you resources to find the proper materials needed to decorate a beautiful table. I have seen a big difference in my candy table set ups after taking this class.
