If the actual closing time is earlier--like 9:25 PM--that should be accurately reflected online. The ice cream itself is consistently good when you're getting it straight from the bucket, but the selection is often very limited. More than once, I've found that machines were down or certain options weren't available. On one occasion, they handed me a broken cone without offering to fix it or replace it. I genuinely hope they can tighten up operations and update their hours, because the product has potential--but the overall experience needs improvement.
