Though they completed remediation, they failed to complete remodel work and have refused to acknowledge Homeowners' existence or issue refund for 9 months. In short detail: After claiming remodel would take one month to complete sans any delays from outside contractors, Elite was only on-site three days during the first three weeks. They failed to cover any furniture despite assurances before work began and discussion after work began, placed screws on furniture and boxes on screws, damaging personal belongings, performed poor quality work that required demo and redo by alternate contractor, promised to be onsite every day until the job was complete after Homeowners' multiple complaints and still no-showed, and then told Homeowners Carpet One was unable to install carpet for one month so the job would be further delayed. Upon Homeowner's call to Carpet One, they were able to install carpet within two days. When Homeowners called Elite Restoration to discuss this discrepancy, Tim Fries, at Elite, said "I don't have to deal with this. We're walking off the job." Elite has refused to respond to emails or phone calls despite Homeowners' outreach to all levels of management and desire to settle matters outside of court. Without response and/or refund of $10,000 for poor quality work requiring repair and work not completed, Homeowner is now left to sue.

After 6 months of living in the home, the mold returned with a vengeance. I had my home tested by another company and results came back with high levels of claudisporium and aspergillus. Results were from the same Arizona lab. Mold Busters came by a week later to test, and wouldn't you know it, their results were different showing low to no traces of mold or growth. ?? Confirmation bias, or cya I'm unsure of their true motive. I have since confirmed mold with additional testing (and personally saw it and photographed it). I also saw the method they used to "track" any mold growth... pretty laughable. Long story short, I seriously question this company's sampling/testing process. Also, I recommend anyone looking at mold remediation should look elsewhere. Just fogging an area and doing nothing to remove the spores is less than half the battle. For them doing about 10% of the work it took to eliminate my mold problem, notice the 1/5 stars.
