As Midwest transplants we did not have easy access to our tried and trusted professionals in the jewelry business and were looking to establish a new contact. I had wanted to stack rings for many years and after meeting with Alex, it was a no-brainer to work with him and utilize his knowledge base and decades of experience to create the perfect addition to my set. I briefly chatted with him ahead of time and he directed me to his website to gather ideas. I found a few rings that appealed to me and sent the images to Alex. When we arrived for our appointment we talked about my preferences and he had so many samples for me to try on and see how they worked with my current rings. It was actually Alex who found THE ring. We further discussed options on which metal would work best and the differences and benefits to lab-grown stones. Alex was able to help us create exactly what I wanted and keep the cost within our preferred range. He advised the ring would be ready in 3-4 weeks and contacted me exactly at 3 weeks to let me know it was ready. This anniversary band adds the ideal amount of bling to my ring finger. Can't wait to work with Alex again on the next one!

First, let me say I've been buying jewelry here for years. But, this time was the last time. I took…read moremy beautiful Amethyst bracelet to them for a add a safety chain. They had done one for me before so I was sure they could do another great job. Little did I know they were going to ruin my bracelet. Instead of calling me and asking me if they could drill holes into the Sterling Silver bracelet, to which the answer would have been NO, they just did it, ruing the shank. They removed the two extender rings to use for the safety chain meaning I could no longer wear the bracelet. The extender rings were soldered on and made the bracelet the perfect length. Instead of cutting the rings they actually cut the bracelet and soldered it back flat. So, the end was no longer rounded. When I tried to put the bracelet on, which has never been an issue, I could not get it on because it was way to short and way to tight. The woman there tried to help me fasten it. Unfortunately, her EXCESSIVELY long nail prevented her from doing anything. She repeated numerous times that she couldn't get it on. If you want to follow a trend, great for you. When it keeps you from doing your job, it has to go. While I was arguing with her she offered to put two rings on. But, since it was obvious she wasn't going to be able to do it with those mile long nails and the woman where with her was no help, trying to ignore what was going on. I declined. Besides, I didn't want some cheap metal rings on my Sterling Silver. About this time, another customer walked in and she decided that I was no longer worth helping and there was no longer anything she could do or suggest and decided to ignore me. I've taken the bracelet to a couple of jewelers, who actually do their repairs in their stores instead of sending them out, and they agree the bracelet is ruined. The shank is compromised and not worth saving. They were mortified and wanted to know who would do something like this? This is not the way to put a safety chain on and they have ruined and compromised the shank. I'm going to be taking the bracelet to the Jew and Gem show to see if I can get the stones put into a new setting. I am going to take the bill to Gold Italia.

We were all finally together this year and resumed our festivities. We decided on toe rings just because we wanted to do something fun and special. The process was very simple. Such a unique place to find cool trinkets to keep for yourself or for a loved one. Once we picked our rings we had our rings placed on our toes. The young lady that placed the rings was extremely nice and courteous. (Parents did an excellent job with teaching her manners!) We absolutely love our rings. Thank you T's for making our day special!
