You will notice many reviews from folks who enjoy the experience of walking through and browsing. Unfortunately, for serious collectors, it runs into the problem that plagues most antique malls. Everything is priced at a level that expects negotiation, well above comparative prices. Pricing in the modern antique market has a lot of sources of prior sales. Unless the dealer is there or present, or you're local, you can't do that negotiation. So unsurprisingly, my only purchases were with dealers who were present at their stalls, and those were reasonable deals after they knocked some off the prices. The other issue is there are, or were when I was there, multiple points of sale across stalls rather than one counter, so it's sometimes a little unclear where you're supposed to pay for something, especially if you're using a credit card. My advice because of that, as with most antique shops, is to bring cash.

They had a sweet selection of artwork and I always get a kick out of seeing old records and magazines. I love em. There are a couple of booths that have some new items. But I'm happy to see all the offerings. There is a booth that repurpose some items to give a new life. Someone made jewelry out of old silverware. There are also independently-made products such as candles, room fresheners, etc. But, it was the large royal blue hutch I had seen on Facebook Marketplace with a phenomenal price that we couldn't pass up for our new home. While this space houses a mixture of individual vendor stalls with rare, one-of-a-kind gems, it's the Amish vintage+distressed styled furniture part of it that grabbed our attention even more. We instantly purchased our hutch on our first visit, they marked it SOLD here and on Marketplace then we agreed to pick up the piece a week later after returning from vacation. During our 2nd visit here, we met Barb and her husband Bill who are truly pleasant folks- plus, Bill and someone else helped my husband load up the hutch into our U-Haul. Thank you! You'll need to be careful pulling in, as the slope down to the parking lot is a little narrow. Inside, you have the entire ground floor (~5 large sectioned rooms) full of various antiques, ranging from knick knacks to furniture. There is also a staircase not far from the entrance which leads to the barn loft that overlooks the whole store; the walkways up here run throughout the barn, and are also packed with various items. I especially like this place for the variety of different items (primative crafts, dolls, old toys, some pottery, etc.). I've even seen some trench art items laying around. The owners here are willing to bargain within reason (mostly on more expensive items), which is also very beneficial. Combined with the other 2 antique stores on this road alone--not to mention elsewhere by Warwick--this is a must stop and one of the best antique shops in Orange County that I've encountered.
