My friend and I plan to have a backyard barbecue and wear retro dresses to look like 1960s Marvelous Mrs. Maisel and make some ambrosia + award winning potato salad. That being said I figured a store like this would have a cute selection of adorable bowls to present food in for potlucks!!! They had a sweet selection of artwork and I always get a kick out of seeing old records and magazines. I love em. There are a couple of booths that have some new items. But I'm happy to see all the offerings. There is a booth that repurpose some items to give a new life. Someone made jewelry out of old silverware. That looked kind of cute ( the forks look like octopuses) I am so happy with my purchases and I feel like I got a GREAT price. I look forward to coming back. I enjoyed seeing everything. read more

I love coming here. What seems like an endless amount of vendors you will definitely need a lot of time! But nice to spend a hour or two (or more) looking at all of the spaces. Prices are pretty reasonable for the most part, I know vendors have to make their money too. This is a really fun antique/vintage store to visit and I highly recommend that you do! I love revisiting the Scranberry Coop and sadly, have not been here since before Covid started. It was so wonderful to be back today. The staff is so friendly and welcoming every time I'm here. The vendors offer a huge selection of vintage items, antiques, jewelry, clothing, housewares, purses, paintings, dolls, typewriters, wood signs, stained glass, stuffed animals, lamps, chalk paint, and so much more. Different booths and vendors have their own discounts for paying in cash/credit card. Usually, there's a bigger discount if you're paying in cash. So, be sure to have some Ben Franklins on hand and to keep an eye for discount signs hanging up in the area where you're shopping. Scranberry Coop's hours are: Wednesday-Friday (10-4) and Saturday-Sunday (10-5). They are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. I wrote a review about Scranberry Coop in 2023. Everything seems to be the same -- an abundance of collectibles at reasonable prices. Laurie and Chris are the managers -- and are helpful at all times. My only complaint is with the cashier staff. In the past, they have criticized my purchases, making fun of them and questioning why I bought them. This is none of their business. read more

Awesome place that if you drive by it you would miss it. Large space with many different booths and a lot to look at. Perfect for the collector or antique Hunter in all of us. Mostly everything is on sale and there is a $15 limit when using a credit card. That which I didn't know but the person behind the counter cut me a deal and let me pay for my $5 item with the card anyway. There's a cute puppy that works there too and it has a nice outside sitting area. Definitely check them out! read more

Scranberry Coop is the first of many antique stores on Main St as you head into Andover and has been there probably as long as some of the items it sells. It's a fairly large warehouse and they pack a lot into it, but it's still spacious and easy to navigate. I find them to be really fairly priced across the board on all items. They have everything from handcrafted antique model ships and vintage toys to books and furniture all meticulously tagged with its price. Some are labeled "firm" pricing but most is not which is cool they will budge a little at the register. I'll admit I wasn't thrilled about waking up early on a Sunday but a group of my friends wanted to go so I tagged along. They had an outside flea market that day and the parking lot filled up quickly. My friends got a cabinet for their bar and I even ended up getting a cast-iron dragonfly looking thing for $30 I sanded down and repainted black to make a cool table-piece(I uploaded the "before" pic). Out of the seven of us, we all ended up finding something (or multiple things) to get. I used to hate getting dragged here as a kid but I think my taste has broadened or I'm just turning into my parents. Either way, chatting with old folks about their dogs, browsing the endless aisles with complimentary munchkins/coffee was not a bad way to spend my Sunday morning. read more

One of my best new shopping experiences in a very long while. Its inventory is unique and seemingly endless. The store is divided into about 150 (my guess, I didn't count) rooms or stations, each of which has every item clearly priced. There are two employees at the counter in front, but the rest of the store is covered by cameras so you can shop for hours completely undisturbed. It took us a good two hours to go through the store but we easily could have stayed for two more. Toys and games, costume jewelry, holiday items, childhood treasures, bar furnishings, sports memoribilia, home decor, and everything else you can possibly think of (both old and not-so-old) can be found in the aisles. When we checked out, we saw one person purchase steampunk lamps and another with a Pokemon backpack. That's variety. Two last things -- all the items we priced seemed to be very reasonable (not that I claim to be an expert), and the employees were extremely pleasant. read more

Constantly changing antique and collectibles mall with a friendly staff. Lots of parking and lots of dealers who are only there to stock their booths so you do not feel pressured into buying. Summer months you do need to get there early as there is no air conditioning but if you are there before noon, you will be fine! Close to a lot of other shops as well but stop here first as they have the largest variety! read more

I've been passing by and stopping in at the Scranberry Coop long enough to have seen it go through a boom-bust-boom again cycle. It's south of all the other Main Street, Andover shops, on the northbound side of the road. It is a cooperative, and the merchants in the space change over time. Because there are so many alcoves and cases inside, there is a wide range of merchandise available at any given time. Besides antiques and collectibles, there are a few "stalls" within the building that sell new merchandise: jewelry made from eating utensils, and leatherwork. In terms of antiques and collectibles, I think every category is represented: furniture, vintage jewelry and clothing, breweriana, kitchen items, coins, vinyl records, Roseville, lamps, advertising items, dolls. You name it, and one of the merchants there will probably have it. Many of the cases and booths have signs that say there is a discount for cash and a smaller discount for credit "unless marked firm." So on some things the marked prices are really just a starting point. It's a pretty cool place to go hunting for the right item, and you will probably see a whole bunch of things that make you say,"My parents had that when I was growing up!" I don't always buy something, but I always enjoy looking there. read more

They sell crap. Tacky (mostly),used crap that nobody ever needs. However, if that is your thing, you can juice away an entire afternoon looking at the discards of others. The prices are decent and staff is friendly too! It's actually a great rainy Sunday afternoon! read more

The Scranberry Coop is a fun place to visit again and again. Big building with spaces of various sizes that are stocked by all different dealers. Each space has its own style and feel, vintage vinyl records next to hand painted furniture, next to collectable toys and vintage glassware. There is a variety of vintage items along with real antiques with some new stuff thrown in for good variety. The artist room offers handmade leather goods. The inventory turns over quick, so each time you visit there are new treasures to find. Flea market on the a first Sunday of the month weather permitting. I have bought a bolo tie for my husband, an electric guitar for my son, vintage juice glassware for my collection along with too many other great finds to list. Friendly staff and pets are welcome. Cash is king! Paying with cash, in most cases, gets a generous 20% discount. My favorite activity is to look for treasures and the Scranberry Coop is high on my list of hunting spots. read more
