We have used Royal Catering for two large events at our church -- our Christmas Banquet in 2025…read moreand our Deacons' Spring Banquet in April 2026. What really stood out was the excellent service from Kaitlin, their Special Events Coordinator. From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful in every way. She always was prompt in communicating, very accommodating to any adjustments I requested, and extremely helpful in talking through setup and serving options for our events. Topping it off, she was there as a Service Ambassador for both events -- she knew exactly what we had planned and was present to see that it happened. Katlin's teammate at both events, Mario, also was fantastic. Both of them worked hard, with courtesy and professionalism. The setup and food presentation was lovely, and the entrees were delicious. The combination of excellent service and delicious food made using Royal Catering a win-win in every way! MaryBeth Berry First McKinney Baptist Church Senior Adult/Pastoral Care Admin Assistant

His ability to engage our large and diverse group while making it a fun and memorable experience for all was extremely impressive. Even people who normally roll their eyes at these sorts of activities were participating and having a great time. It didn't matter if you were an experienced chef, a novice, a senior leader, or a newbie on the team....everyone loved it! His location was a bit out-of-the-way for our company and took us about a half hour to drive to (which is not a distance we normally travel for dinners/activities). On the way there, some people were complaining about how far away it was, but THE MOMENT chef tre started talking with everyone there was zero additional mention of the drive (and it wasn't mentioned again a single time after the fact).
