Oh my goodness, absolutely delicious. We tried the chile cheese chocolate cupcakes and they were SO GOOD! You can tell they infuse love into everything they do. It's nice to find yummy things made of only pure ingredients. Even their matcha was ceremonial grade. The service was wonderful too. It was nice to be able to order from the window on the sidewalk. Highly recommend!!

I love finding a new bakery! This place is so cute tucked inside Reps Gym. I love the modern feel with the walk up window, the seating area inside, the photo wall and the black and white theme. My mom ordered a Chocolate Brownie Cheesecake for my birthday and it was a hit! Very creamy and decadent with just the right amount of crunch and tang with the dark chocolate. Every loved it! We also had a cowboy cookie when we picked up the cake, it was pretty good and fresh. Pro tip - Have them warm up the cookie to elevate the experience. They also have cupcakes, scones and coffee. My only suggestion would be to add more drink options like iced tea or lemonade for those hot summer days! Definitely give this place a try and support a local small business.

Ok I just moved in upstairs from this bakery and let me say it will be a weekly stop for me. The customer service was impressive and once I bit into the oatmeal meal raisin pecan cookie, I thought I should go down and get some more. The lemon cupcake was perfect.

Gluten Free and Dairy free!! Amazing. They even have vegan options. Great find. Wonderful people who actually care about your health and the ingredients they put into their pastries. High quality clean coffee for you to enjoy. Tables to relax and enjoy.

We enjoyed trying different menu items, including Jamon-wrapped dates, gambas y semolina, grilled garlic shrimp, and crema catalana. Our server was available to add to our order but didn't hover, and the patio was perfect on the night we went. We'd definitely go back again. Unfortunately, we were so busy enjoying the food and chatting with friends that I didn't get any photos this time.

Tapas are such a great option for anyone who likes menu sampling, and this place is also on a certified gluten free restaurant list (per my friend and dining partner) for anyone that might be curious. We came in for an early-ish lunch on a Saturday and were seated on their patio right away. The area was super spacious and felt private at the table we had despite being surrounded by other people. It was a beautiful day so the patio was very comfy; I hate being too hot or too cold when eating, so this was perfect. We took a very long time catching up, but our waitress was extremely friendly and patient. She was great. We ordered a couple of dishes to start (tacos and a salad) and chatted away until we chose our next plates. Each dish that came out was very tasty, beautifully presented, and arrived very quickly. My favorites were the dates and crème brûlée dishes lol. I've had a massive sweet tooth lately so I found these extra yummy. Price was pretty reasonable for two people; our bill came out to be about $75, and that included two mixed drinks as well as all of the food seen here (though don't be fooled because we got two plates of the dates!). I wish there were more places like this up by me, but I do have a couple of very good reasons to frequent Colorado Springs, so I'm positive I'll be back. I'm looking forward to making my way through the menu and excited to try everything!

We got the loaded baked potato perogies Mine was with added kielbasa and grilled onions! My dad got the Grilled cheese! All was very good! Service was excellent! They have homemade items (cinnamon rolls, whoopie pies) and local merchandise for purchase as well. The reason I am giving 4 stars is because I bought cinnamon rolls and they came with no cooking directions and they were not soft and fluffy like a traditional cinnamon roll. They were flat, thin and dry. It was disappointing. Also seating is only outdoors. It was also hard to move around inside because there was a group of 6 sitting right in the center of the room. Please don't let this discourage you from trying this place! Just be aware!

I am rarely this far south so am unfamiliar with the bakery options around town; Bite Me was one of the closest, highest rated spots right near the hotel I was staying in. The photos and vibe looked really great based on others' reviews, so I decided to stop in late on a Saturday not to get my sugar fix lol. The atmosphere is fun, and the mish mash of sweets, games, and a downstairs bar I think is super unique and also makes this place more appealing for people that want to bring kids around earlier in the day. Despite going late (I think it was around 8?), the arcade was pretty full of people, which was a great sign. The bakery case and menu is at the back, and there was one very sweet girl (no pun intended lol) running the counter. Even for the time, there were lots of options that all looked like they were pretty good and not obviously stale or old from the day which I really appreciated. There is also ice cream and a refrigerator case of goodies in addition to what's shown here, as well as various beverages you can purchase. I decided to splurge on a cherry cupcake, a cheesecake cookie with cherries, and a brookie. The total was around $12 or so, which was pretty reasonable. I took my treats back to the hotel to enjoy them while watching a show, and they were all delicious! Definitely satisfied my craving for something sweet after a long day. I think this place would be very fun for a date night or a small family outing during the day, presuming it's isn't busy inside as it seems like it can easily feel crowded. Parking is available on the street and may be a bit of a challenge depending on the day and time you stop in, but the downtown area is pretty walkable and more parking accommodations can be found further away. Stop in if you get a chance! I probably will next time I'm in town.
