Sat waiting for 15 minutes after the assigned pickup time and checking in through the app. No food. Went in and it was sitting on the counter cold. Hostess was playing on her phone the entire time. Had to pay extra for syrup for our pancake order. WTAF? Paid the extra and I'll be damned they gave us SALSA instead of syrup. How hard is it? Apparently pretty damn hard for the people that work here. I'm convinced everyone working here can't read or is high on a Sunday morning at work.
